| 2011 Simmons Sea Skiff - www.simmonsseaskiff.com - The Simmons 18 is actually 17'-1"; designed for running out to sea from the rivers in NC. Shallow draft and seaworthy.
I found I was more interested in the boat building than the boating, as I am a sailor with two other sailboats. This boat has awesome paint job and the detail work during construction is apparent. She is built with wood and west system; everyone asks if it is fiberglass because of the finish.
Upon completion I used it three times last season and just prefer sailing. I took it out this spring to ensure it is working well. This is a brand new boat with a rebuilt Evinrude 30HP long shaft motor w - electric start and remote controls. Boat was completed with center console, battery, running lights, bilge pump, seat, fenders, dock lines and rod holders. Boat has been inspected by Mass Officials prior to registration, registration and title all current and valid in Mass. Trailer is not mine but may be for sale also if needed, I'll need to check with its owner. Boat can be delivered to any location in Eastern Mass.
