To port is an L-shaped convertible ultra-suede sofa with rod storage below. Three stateroom - three head layout with the master located to portside with an ensuite head. The VIP stateroom forward features a queen pedestal bed with ensuite head. The starb'd side stateroom is configured with bunks. All staterooms have been upgraded with new LCD TV's. This boat featured Vikings' luxury decor package for soft goods and many of the soft goods were upgraded in 2012.

The enclosed fly bridge is HUGE and offers plenty of seating for a small crowd. NEW Stidd seats for helmsman and companion seating. Airconditioning and heat make this climate controlled bridge super comfortable on all day runs...no wind in your face, no rain, no hot sun! Sightlines are excellent and with the starb'd side aft outside station, Sand Man is easy to dock. Built-in refrigerator and ice maker make trips down below less important. Engine room is as clean as you will ever see. Twin 820 HP MAN engines only have 2,000 hrs each, twin Northern Lights 25KW gensets, freshwater making system. engines, bow thruster, generators etc all work perfectly. We sent off oil to be tested prior to purchase and it came back excellent with no breakdown of any internal parts showing in any way. We also did a full, buyers pull-out survey prior to accepting the asset and the survey came back excellent. Hull had no issues at all, engines, bow thruster, generators and all systems worked with small, normal exceptions. We have done comp sale research and it is worth 350k as - is for a quick sale. The exterior needs a full boat detail that would cost approximately $5000 but we have also contacted a reputable marine refit company to give quote to sand and paint the entire boat (hull and super structure) would be $65,000 to make it look brand new on the outside (See the picture I put of boat that we showed marine company that we wanted it to look like for 65k). With a purchase price of $235,000 and $65,000 to have the entire exterior painted to look brand new, you would be $300k into a boat worth $500,000 . Detailed Vessel Walkthrough
The VIP guest's stateroom is located all the way forward and features a queen size bed on the centerline and a roomy and spacious head with stall shower en-suite. Proceeding aft down a companionway, an entrance to the day head is on the starboard side. This head has a stall shower and a private entrance into the 2nd guest's stateroom which follows next just aft. Across the companionway from the 2nd guest's stateroom and housed inside a large tall locker is the 110V clothes washer and 240V dryer.
Aft and up 3 steps and one enters the Salon, galley and dinette areas of the vessel. The "U" shaped Galley is forward of the salon on port side and the Dinette is across from the galley to starboard. The main Salon follows aft. A stairway that was customized to decrease its steepness and make access to the Master's Stateroom easier runs aft of the salon and down the starboard side past the entrance door into the Engine Room. The Master's Stateroom features a large queen size bed on the center-line and private head with separate stall shower.
The enclosed Aft-Deck is accessed up 4 steps and aft from the salon and is enclosed, fully air-conditioned and offers great views of one's surroundings. Wing doors lead out to side-decks and forward to the foredeck. Just forward and up 3 easy steps from the aft-deck one accesses the fully air-conditioned enclosed Fly-bridge and helm station. Also, a sliding door leads aft from the aft-deck and outside to a small line-handling deck and 4 steps lead aft and down from here to the fiberglass cockpit.
