| The Captiva is a great boat to step up to when your find your family has grown and you need a little more room, but you do not want to give up the fun and versatility of a bow rider. One of Rinker's all time best sellers, the 232 Captiva maximizes interior space giving the feel of a much larger boat.
Interior freeboard is high enough to be safe for the little ones who can play without fear of jumping ship unexpectedly.
This lift kept Rinker is loaded and ready for summer fun. Full canvas, docking lights, sun pad, huge swim platform, aft shower, great stereo, and it is only a 23 footer to make it easy to store, easy to haul and easy on the wallet.

The 232 has a very comfortable layout. Bow seating wraps from the helm around to the other side. Lounger backs are built in to both sides. Drink holders and storage port and starboard. Under the forward seat is anchor stowage. The wraparound windshield has a wide walk through with padding.
The helm is well laid out and searing is comfortable. There is lot's of stowage room under the helm pod as well as access to the well designed electrical system.
On the companion side there is a nice glove box and tray. In the companion pod is a roomy head with stowage for the cockpit table and much more.
In the deck between the helm seats is a long stowage area for ski's and gear.
The aft seating is comfortable and roomy enough for 4.
A big sunpad doubles as the hatch cover for the Mercruiser 5.0, 260HP, with Bravo III duo prop drive.
She should cruise near 25 mph with a fuel burn near 6 gallons per hour.
The 232 is a good handling boat and cuts curves well for skiers or wake-boarders.
All in all a real nice rig to get you and the family or friends on the water without a huge payout. Well built, well designed and well liked by owners, this Rinker is ready to go.

| This is a 2003 Rinker Captiva 232 speed cruiser. This boat was ordered for me with every single option that they had. Every package was ordered also. I didn't stop there. This boat has everything you could want in a boat of this size. Its very efficient and averages around 3 MPG's loaded with 5-6 good sized adults, about 1500 LBS worth of gear, full fuel on a really hot day on rough Lake Michigan waters. This boat is a fresh water boat and has only been in fresh water. The boat is kept indoors all the time and is washed and waxed each time it comes out. Over the past 5 years, I put a lot of time and money customizing this boat to have everything I wanted. Now the boat is done and I love it, but I got that damn "Foot-itis" and am looking to start another project boat like this one but in the 32 footer range. This boat has AC in the cabin that you can even hook up a hose to it and use it when your on the trailer cleaning it out or camping on it like is a camper. It has a 17" LCD TV with a true surround system with DVD player and Infinity speakers, All wood is real cherry wood or oak. The boat also has one heck of a stereo system with a 7" High res wide screen flip up radio and 4 12" Kicker L5 subs with 4 Infinity component speakers powered by more then 2500 watts of power. Get the party started with dancing color changing LED lighting in the cockpit and cabin. Show off your boat with beautiful EL lighting pin strip. There really is so much to talk about this boat that you really need to see it in person. This boat is for the boater that wants a no compromise boat. This boat loaded like above will cruise at 32MPH at 3200 RPM and wide open at 53 MPH at 4800 RPM. With a light load and half tank of fuel, she'll do 59-62 MPH at 5300 RPM with light chop and trimmed. She handled 6-8 footers out here very well. I went out when larger cruisers went in. (my friends can confirm that) All records and receipts are going with the boat. I have all manuals. All services were done. Just did new fuel filters, water separator, oil change, drive lube change, all axle bearings greased, rebuilt the brake actuator (it was fine but I wanted to paint it black to match the trailer so I rebuilt it anyways) Put new safety cables to replace the ugly chains. As you can see this boat and trailer has been meticulously kept. This boat is a turn key boat. This is the right boat for the right buyer! | 1996 Rinker Captiva 232 cuddy cabin. 23'6" 454 mercruiser - bravo1. 55mph. New interior inside and out 2 years ago. Very roomy seating for 8 in cockpit. Padded sundeck, wrap around rear seat and 2 swivel captains chairs. All Coast Guard equipment. 130' of anchor line. 2 inflatable fenders. Sink in cabin, fresh water wash down on transom, 10 gal tank w - on demand pump. Portapotie. Sleeps 2 or 3 - child. 2 fans in cabin.. 4 speaker cd - stereo. 3 step transom ladder. Depth finder - bottom mapping. Full mooring cover. 8' 4 bow bimini top. Very clean and well taken care of. In the last 2 years these items have been replaced or added. Battery, alternator, eng. water pump, thermostat, starter, on demand pump, dash mounded compass, shift cable, steering cable, mooring cover. 2004 Continental double axle aluminum trailer, within last 2 years has had new brake kit to include new surge unit 2" ball, brake lines, discs and calipers on 1 axle. New springs and hardware both axles, all lights work and stops well. 4 new 14" tires, original 2 speed strap winch.
