| Helping out a good family friend: Selling a beautiful 1997 Fountain 35' Lightning. Boat has been freshwater use its whole life. Has a matching 1997 Myco triple axle custom trailer. Trailer has brand new tires and very low miles as the storage facility for the boat is only 10 miles from the lake. The transom has been checked by Gillis boat repair in Lake George, NY. It is nice and solid. No issues at all. The hull has 831hrs. Engines have 428hrs on them, 88hrs on fresh top ends. Each make 725HP. Dart blocks, AFR Aluminum heads, CMI headers, 4 1 - 2" tailpipes, Holley EFI, etc. Drives are brand new Mercury XZ drives with only 10hrs on them. Props are 4 blade 32P bravo's. Also included is a fresh Bravo XR with a fresh IMCO shorty lower. Also have a second fresh IMCO shorty lower, and a XR gear set. Custom Cover. Interior and cabin are near flawless. The boat is fast and reliable. It runs 84 mph gps with its current props (30p bravos). The boat has the power to for higher props, but these are a good overall prop for the boat. We can pack 10 people on the boat and still get on plane easily and cruises in the low 60's depending on the load. | Time waits for no man....neither do the fish!! Get on 'em quick with this gem. I bought this boat in Dec 2012 and have spent $65k in upgrades. I replaced the original motors with supercharged 502s. Pfaff - Baca Marine in Huntington Beach, CA made them. They have about 75 hrs on them with only 25 hrs in salt water. Upgraded electronics ($5,000 in stereo equipment alone), well maintained, oh and did I mention fast She'll do 87mph on radar. 650hp per engine on the Dyno. A freshwater MYCO 2 axle trailer in not included but available. The boat is currently wrapped in blue. It's easily removable. Pics show what it used to look like as well.
I need to make room for a new boat so my loss is your gain. She's got to go quick so I've priced it aggressively. I don't expect it to last long. Featured in Speedboat Magazine in July of 2013. AS IS. Runs great. Has minor cosmetic blemishes....as would be expected
