| Great opportunity to own a original owner, freshwater use only, Trojan 10.8 Convertible. 1626 Original hours on her Crusader 7.4L, 454's. Light use is reflected in her interior which is excellent condition for an original...most, if not all of her running time is from fishing.
Featuring a 13' beam, the interior of this boat is open and airy even in the staterooms. Yes, this is a two stateroom layout which replaces the dinette down with a side stateroom featuring over - under bunks.
From the cockpit, one steps up and thru a very substantial sliding glass door (with screen) into the spacious salon. To port is a L-shaped lounge with storage, forward is a bit of a breakfast bar complete with two plex chairs. To starb'd, behind sliding doors is the power panel for both 12V and 120V distribution. The side stateroom creates two additional shelves and or counter top spaces forward...great spot for a lamp or some type of vase etc. Carpeting is seafoam green, wall coverings are textured beige and hand painted fabrics are used for the window soft goods. Directional bullet lighting provides plenty of light at night with valance lighting as well. Side windows open and have screens. The large, three piece windshield brings in plenty of additional, natural light. Nice, bright and airy! Engines and machinery spaces are accessed thru a large stainless framed hatch in the salon floor.
Step down three steps and find the large galley to portside and the side stateroom to starb'd. There is electric, fan driven heat located in the companionway. It is centrally located and should distribute heat easily throughout the boat. The gorgeous galley features plenty of counter spaces (teal), a Kenyon 2 burner electric stovetop, Integrated Tappan Microwave, full size Norcold refrigerator with freezer, waste bin flush mounted in countertop with storage underneath, dedicated pull out dish and cup drawers, double sinks and a Black & Decker toaster. Storage is abundant with four drawers, two large, hinged cabinets and three large doors that access huge storage areas. To starb'd and up the stairs is an additional storage area. Cabinets are almond or off white in color. Contemporary pulls add to a modern look. The side stateroom features over and under bunks, large hanging locker, a mirrored storage cabinet, overhead reading lights, hatch with screen, and huge storage under lower bunk.
The forward cabin (master) offers a queen pedestal bed that extends to fit taller folks and copious amounts of storage. The queen bed is on the centerline with speakers and lights on the forward bulkhead. There is also access to the anchor locker, here. There are storage areas both port and starb'd above the bed. There is a starb'd side vanity w - mirrored storage cabinets and four drawers. To port is a huge, hanging locker. There is storage under the bed as well. Plenty of reading and bullet lights throughout.
The cockpit features built-in fish boxes, transom door, a custom 10 drawer tackle center built into the transom, boarding steps from side decks (P&S), cockpit cooler. The flybridge offers two upholstered helm chairs, forward bench seat, stainless steel sport arch, complete enclosure and bimini top, helm with complete instrumentation, fiberglass bridge overhang provides some shade to cockpit.
Dont miss the opportunity on this great one owner boat, priced right! Please contact us for additional information and a complete photo package. Located in Au Gres, Michigan. Visit us at: www.madaboutboating.com. We are "Yachts of Fun"!!. Located in Saint Joseph Michigan. |
