Accomodations
The Spacious Three-Stateroom Layout will easily sleep 8 (or more), Two in the Aft Master Stateroom, Two in the Queen-sized VIP, Two in the Forward Stateroom's Over-and-Under V-Berth, and Two in the Convertible Magic-Bed in the Salon.
The Aft Master Stateroom is down four steps from the Salon, entered through a center-line sliding door. The Island Queen Berth is also center-line. A large cedar-lined Hanging Locker is starboard along with a nice Dresser with Mirror and Drawers. There is also a second cedar-lined Hangung Locker to the Port side Stern bulkhead next to the master Washroom. The Master washroom is to port, with a sliding privacy door, cherry cabinetry with solid-surface countertops, and a Vac-U- Flush head. Adding to the spacious feel of the boat is a very large Shower and Tub in the Master washroom.
The VIP and Forward Staterooms are accessed by a portside Hallway that runs on the Port Side of the Yacht, lined with drawers and storage Closets. The VIP Stateroom is forward of the Engine Room, and features yet another Island Queen Berth accessable from either side. This VIP Stateroom is surprisingly large with much better headroom than might be expected, cedar-lined Hanging Lockers and lots of storage. It also has a large door giving you access to the engine room. The Guest Washroom is forward between the VIP and the forward Stateroom, with a privacy entrance from the VIP stateroom, as well as an entrance from the hallway. There is another Stall Shower a vanity, lots of storage and a Vac-U- Flush Head.

Take five steps down from the aft deck, and you enter the spacious salon. The salon seems larger than most 50 footers. There are two L-shaped soft leather settees which seat 10 people comfortably. Walk forward to enter the galley which is well decorated and equipped with all modern appliances, a three burner glass top stove and a brand new refrigerator.
Continue walking forward thru the galley to enter the master stateroom. It is amazingly spacious for a boat this size. It has a full size walkaround queen berth, seperate AC - Heat, two full size cedar hanging lockers, separate head and shower, vanity, large picture window, tons of storage space, and a flat screen TV.
As you walk aft from the salon, you enter the VIP stateroom. It offers a full walkaround queen berth, a cedar hanging locker, cherrywood doors and cabinetry, extra storage space, a seperate head and shower, and a flop down flat screen TV.
From the aft deck, take five steps up to enter the enclosed flybridge with 360 degree visability. Like the salon, it offers two L-shaped soft leather settees with comfortable seating for 10. The forward facing helm seat has room for three passengers as well. Their is a starboard side exit from the upper helm with steps down to the forward deck.
The non-skid enclosed aft deck is equipped with a wet bar and ice maker. Their is extra space for deck chairs and table, extra storage space, and side doors to debark. At the rear of the cockpit there are steps to an extra large swim platform with tender chocks on top.
Engines
This Silverton 43 Motor Yacht is powered by twin 450 Horse Power 3126 Caterpillars with approximately 1200 Hours. Both engines are properly maintained on a regular basis, and they are both in excellent working order.
Galley
The expansive, Corian-covered galley is equipped with top of the line modern appliances, a new refrigerator, and plenty of storage space including a pullout pantry.

| Silverton 40 foot motor yacht with aft cabin. Introduced in 1982 the silverton 40 aft cabin was the first silverton double cabin design. She was built on a solid FRP, modified VEE hull. The design featured a relative high freeboard and considerable flare in the area of the bow. The deadrise is a modest 14 degrees which lends itself to better fuel economy. Her two stateroom layout includes a large aft cabin with a large double berth with three side ample walk around. A large stall shower equipped master head allows great privacy and comfort, along with a nice amour of storage and a vanity with sink and mirror. The galley is to port and features a princess electric stove with oven, a Norcold double door refrigerator, stainless steel sink with pressure water and exceptional storage for pots and pans and food supplies. Across from the galley is a large convertible settee - dinette that is "U" shape and the table can be made to drop down and convert to the third berthing area. There is an abundance of natural lighting throughout the boat, and the forward head is fitted with two doors, one from the VEE berth, with centerline filler, and one from the salon area. There are 2 steps down from the salon. The second head is also fitted with a shower. There is access to and from the salon from the sun deck which serves as an excellent lounging area, and with a short step up to the flying bridge, there are three new helm style swivel seats that are both sturdy and comfortable. Room also exists for other seating that can be added if desired. The large fore deck offers a good area for sunbathing or just enjoying the outside of the vessel. Sleeps 8 people comfortably in a forward V-berth, aft stateroom, convertible dinette and a convertible sectional in the salon. The V-berth is forward followed aft to starboard by the dinette and aft to port by the second head and then the galley area. Up a couple of steps to the salon area with a L-shaped sectional to port and then down to the master stateroom with a centerline queen bed. The master head is aft and to starboard. Both heads on the boat have separate stall showers. The galley has refrigerator/freezer, 3-burner electric stove with oven, stainless sink with upgraded Delta faucet, and microwave. Dinette easily seats six. The light oak interior and many windows give this Silverton a bright and open feel to its already spacious design. Purchaser will receive all furnishings including bedding, pillows, salon furniture, flat panel TV, DVD/VHS combo, dishes, and all small appliances. This boat is in great condition and is very clean. This model is well designed and has lots of storage. It is perfect for living or weekend getaways. We purchased it in 2006 from the original owners, who also took very good care of it. The only reason we decided to sell is because we had a baby soon after we bought it and expect another soon and haven't been able to use it as much as we would like.

| 1990 Silverton 40 Convertible Sportfish
This Sport Fish offers some of the best layout options offered in a vessel this size. Entering in thru the rear full size sliders to the Salon you will see a sofa that converts to a sleeper to port and then to step down three stairs into a fully equipped galley with a huge fridge, Microwave, sink, stove, toaster over, wood cabinetry and a u shaped dinning area for six to starboard. All maintenance performed on a very strict schedule. Most recent service was in November including new packing glands, new bottom paint, and a full detail. This boat is in very good condition and is maintained year round. I have personally been out on this boat and can promise it is very well taken care of.
