| This boat is in Great Shape and has been taken care of by the same mechanic for the last 9 years. I am the 3rd owner and I have done many things to upgrade this boat. At 900 Hrs I had the engines torn down and rebuilt the top halfs. I had the heads machined, all new gaskets, manifold, and risers. My mechanic does all my work on the boat including oil changes, replacing head filters, etc. We had new canvas installed a few years ago and I extended the back portion off the Radar Arch to give a little more shade in the cockpit. I also had the back drop made into 5 pieces to make it easier to deal with and to allow you to leave some portions up. The front can be unsnapped from the windshield and either roll up just the drivers side or the whole front can be rolled back for cruising on nice days. We have re-done the L-shaped sofa in the salon in a leatherette material, replaced the Refrig/Freezer, carpet and added a new Custom Mattress in the forward stateroom. We added Custom Blind/Srceens on all the hatches. We replaced the AC/Heat controls with digital controls. We added a AM/FM CD stereo with 6 CD changer and power booster, 8 speaker select system. Everything has been recovered. Canvas covers on the cockpit seats for protection. The head is a vacu flush system with seperate shower. Double bunks in 2nd stateroom that opens up to the salon and turns into a sofa. Vanity in forward stateroom.There are probably a few more things that I'm missing but that's enough for now.

| A great entertainment platform, the Sea Ray 440 Express Bridge has one of the more expansive interior layouts of any similar boat in her class. With her 2002 Caterpillar 3126 engines under the cockpit, there's even room for an innovative mid-cabin stateroom beneath the molded cockpit bridge steps - something not seen in other express bridge models. Built on a fully-cored hull with moderate beam and prop pockets to reduce the shaft angles, the 440's huge, party-time flybridge is arranged with the wrap-a-round helm console - settee on the centerline and additional bench seating forward. A pass-thru in the bridge coaming provides access to the foredeck with its built-in bench seating. Owners moving down and are encouraging offers.

Stepping into the HUGE cockpit you enter the interior through a large sliding glass door into the expansive salon. To port is the entrance to the guest suite, a large double with ensuite head. To starboard is a built in desk, electric panel and storage. Just forward of the desk is a large bar area with bottle storage and a built-in Nutone blender. The TV is located just above. Forward of the bar area stretches the galley which features a full size, new, refrigerator freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Opposite the galley, to port is a large overstuffed convertible U shaped dinette with comfortable seating for 6 and expandable table. Forward of the saloon is the owner's suite with a queen berth on the centerline. To port is a roomy owner's head with separate stall shower. This head features and entrance from the salon and stateroom. Opposite the head is a large built-in casual bench seat, drawers and cabinets.
