| So every once in a while a yacht will come along your way that is really just honestly too good to be true! Well here it is...and it just came along our way here at Tennessee Yacht Brokerage!
Here is the cleanest 1985 Sea Ray 360 that you will EVER find!!! Of course you are thinking to yourself...sure..what he thinks is clean might not be my idea of clean! In this case, this boat is a 9 out of 10!!!
So on to the specifics of the boat...and there is a laundry list of them! This yacht features twin Crusader 350 engines with 500 hours, well one engine has been replaced within the past couple months so that engine has less then 5 hours on it and includes a warranty. The Westerbeke generator is an amazing 12Kw and only has around 100 hours on it.
Options and features include: 2 stateroom layout with walk-around beds in both the v-berth and the aft cabin. Both also feature their own heads and showers. The aft cabin has a half bath with the vanity and sink outside of the head, and the v-berth head is a full bath. New carpeting insaid and out within the past year. One new porcelain vacufush toilet within the past few months. Anything this boat might need...it gets replaced! Other options include a hard-top over the aft deck with full canvas enclosure which is also new in the past couple years. The canvas is like new having been replaced when the owner took possession of the boat is 1997. There have been three owners of this fine vessell and each and every one has taken pristine care of this yacht and it shows!
This boat shines interior and exterior. Service has been kept up with oil changes and impellers...and anything else that needs attention, it gets done. I think you will find this is one of the nicest 36 foot yachts around regardless of the age! At first glance you will never know that this boat is a 1985 model...or after the second or third glance!!!

| Beginning life as the Sea Ray 410 Aft Cabin, she became the 415 in 1988 when Sea Ray first added an integrated bow pulpit. Constructed on a very nice running, modified-vee hull, the 415 will indeed perform well in less than comfortable conditions.
"AGENT SEA" is an exceptionally well cared for example of this popular, aft cabin model and her owner has always had her professionally maintained. Her electronics package was updated a couple of years ago, thus providing her with all the modern color displays that a cruising couple could desire.
Stepping down from the covered and enclosed aft deck and down three steps, the 415 offers a very spacious salon area with built-in wet bar, ice maker, entertainment center to starb'd, a swivel barrel chair to starb'd and a sofa to port. The interior is warm and inviting thanks to a lavish teak interior, set off by vinyl wall coverings. The galley is down an additional step and features a dinette to starb'd that will seat four comfortably. The galley features abundant storage and offers a full size Norcold refrigerator - freezer, Princess three burner electric stove, Sharp microwave oven and the usual Sea Ray built-ins. The teak parquet floor is in excellent condition. Down one more step and forward is the guest stateroom with an offset double bed, plenty of storage, large hanging closet and access to the starb'd side head. The head offers a nice sized sink and vanity with a Vacuflush head located separately in the shower compartment. This area is fiberglass for easy clean-up. The aft stateroom features a queen sized bed on the centerline surrounded by an amazing amount of storage...both drawers, closets and doors. The ensuite head offers plenty of storage, a large sink and vanity and a private stall shower. There is also a vanity in the master stateroom as well. Newer, LCD flat screen is located above the portside vanity. The bi-level bridge area features comfortable and stylish woven furniture below the aft deck and a single helm seat for the captain as well as wrap around seating for friends. The bridge bimini top and enclosure are in excellent condition.
