| This boat is in Great Shape and has been taken care of by the same mechanic for the last 9 years. I am the 3rd owner and I have done many things to upgrade this boat. At 900 Hrs I had the engines torn down and rebuilt the top halfs. I had the heads machined, all new gaskets, manifold, and risers. My mechanic does all my work on the boat including oil changes, replacing head filters, etc. We had new canvas installed a few years ago and I extended the back portion off the Radar Arch to give a little more shade in the cockpit. I also had the back drop made into 5 pieces to make it easier to deal with and to allow you to leave some portions up. The front can be unsnapped from the windshield and either roll up just the drivers side or the whole front can be rolled back for cruising on nice days. We have re-done the L-shaped sofa in the salon in a leatherette material, replaced the Refrig/Freezer, carpet and added a new Custom Mattress in the forward stateroom. We added Custom Blind/Srceens on all the hatches. We replaced the AC/Heat controls with digital controls. We added a AM/FM CD stereo with 6 CD changer and power booster, 8 speaker select system. Everything has been recovered. Canvas covers on the cockpit seats for protection. The head is a vacu flush system with seperate shower. Double bunks in 2nd stateroom that opens up to the salon and turns into a sofa. Vanity in forward stateroom.There are probably a few more things that I'm missing but that's enough for now.

| 1989 SEA RAY 390 Express Cruiser: It is powered by two, new 7.4 L. 340 h.p. Mercruisers that were installed in May 2010 with approx 5 hours on the new engines. The hull was just refurbished and painted. Paperwork for just completed engines and repairs are available. The boat has hydraulic trim tabs, a vhf radio, a depth indicator and and tv. The galley has a sink, cook top, microwave oven, refrigerator, a 100 gal. pressure water system, coffee maker and a hot water heater. There is one vacu flush head with a holding tank and shower. There are new transmissions, forward bow cushions, and all seats and benches are in excellant shape. The boat sleeps six in two staterooms with air-conditioning and heating units. This Sea Ray 390 open deck seating for 10 passengers as well as forward helm seating for two and another forward seat for one. There are custom sun pads on the bow and a large swim platform aft.
From the aft deck take to steps down to the spacious salon with seating for 10-12 passengers. There is a full portside galley equipped with a large refrigerator, 2 burner stove, and built-in microwave. The forward main cabin has a centerline queen berth, full length cedar hanging closet, vanity, built-in TV, and plenty of storage.
Between the galley and the forward cabin is a full size head to port with a seperate standup shower that offers seating as well.
