| This Saga boat is an excellent example of the Norwegian capacity for building beautiful, high quality boats. I purchased this boat while in Ireland, then, subquently had it shipped to my home here in the U.S. Rather then having me try to describe this boat, please go to your computer and put in Saga26ht or Saga 26ht, and you will have an abundance of information about this boat. Items that are not standard that I included when purchasing this boat are, a full Raymarine electronic package--Auto Pilot--Color Scanner/Plotter---depth and speed indicators, Radar. Additional items purchased are electrical windlass, diesel heater, extra 12v. plugs, shore power, Upgraded Volvo Penta 140hp engine, additional water heater for shore use, 8 person life raft. This boat is ideal for coastal waters, and rivers, particularly in the Northeastern portions of the U.S. It is not designed for small lake boating. It has a lot of warm teak wood throughout, and extremely high quality of workmanship.. Located in Haleyville Alabama. |
