| This boat is in very good condition. An insurance survey was performed in October of 2003. Approximately 80%of the hours on the fresh water cooled engines are at trolling speed for Lake Erie Walleye. This is a family boat not a charter boat. Twin 454 ci crusaders 350hp with electronic ignition. 800 hours. Elbows, risers and manifolds are 3 years old. Stbd U-cooler new, portside was reconditioned this year. Stbd raw water pump new as well as port fuel pump. Both carbs rebuilt last year.
Both 155 gal fuel tanks replaced in 05 using 3 - 16" aluminium instead of OEM 1 - 8" Epoxy coated.
Other upgrades and replacements by the last owner and myself too numerous to mention.

The salon entry is accessed from the port by a sliding companionway door. THE LADY SANTINE features a design layout that permits the maximum use of the beam for the main salon living areas. Port side and aft at the entry is the entertainment center and the electric service panel. Directly forward and to port is the L shaped dinette. To starboard is the spacious galley featuring Corian type counter tops and hardwood sole. The entire Salon has cherry wood accents, cabinets and trim. Just aft of the galley is the Salon "L" shaped sofa sleeper, complimented by a unique bar top table - stool with additional storage incorporated inside.
The Galley also has lots of storage cabinets and a newly installed full size Norcold refrigerator - freezer combo, a three burner Force 10 electric stove with oven, GoldStar microwave and under-cabinet Black and Decker coffee maker.
Both the Forward Stateroom and the Master Stateroom feature double berths with a private head access and separate shower stalls.
The Silverton 392 became a very popular model, selling many. The side decks were eliminated in favor of elevated stairs called SideWalks. A Better Boat
The Silverton 39 Motor Yacht is better because of extensive research and modern technology.
Better Design: What sets the 39 Silverton apart from other yachts is not her layout. This is your basic aft-cabin motoryacht: forward berth, raised saloon - galley - dinette and spacious aft cabin. There interesting differences like the side walks, a Silverton signature that allows you to go from either side of the bridge to the bow without steps and never without a rail or handhold. But what really sets the 39 Silverton apart is construction and finish.
Better Engine-mounting system: Each gasoline powerplant is affixed to a pair of steel I-beams that cap the stringers and bolt to fore and aft bulkheads. Usually associated with high-end brands like Viking and costs considerably more than simple fabricated engine beds but virtually eliminates engine-alignment issues.
Better Interiors: Noticeable is the woodwork. Silverton has increased the usage of rich solid cherry woods, created solid cherry raised panel doors and a dining table top. Top-grade interior hardware has been installed, and Flexsteel sofa and settee are included. Finished in satin varnish and accented by a plush vinyl overhead and Ultraleather upholstery, the result is a warm and classy ambiance. The joinery is noticeably better as well, courtesy of CNC routers, and better-quality brass-and-chrome door hardware and Moen plumbing fixtures and countertops of Corian instead of molded fiberglass provide quality and home comfort.
Better Bridge: The bridge has good sight lines forward and to either side and you can even see the aft corner for backing into your slip. The console perfectly accommodates the Raymarine electronics and Autopilot. The triple helm seats are comfortable and feature flip-up bolsters for stand-up operation. And there are at least seven drink holders up there.
Better Aft Deck: Unlike many aft cabins, this one has no partition between the bridge and aft deck, so passengers on both levels wont feel isolated. To maximize cockpit deck space, the aft seat is recessed into the transom with drink holders, and has a forward port-side wetbar. There are six more drink holders here and two ways to board with a molded-in raised starboard step for fixed docks and a port-side stairway to the four-foot-deep swim platform for floating docks. Sleeps 8 people comfortably in a forward V-berth, aft stateroom, convertible dinette and a convertible sectional in the salon. The V-berth is forward followed aft to starboard by the dinette and aft to port by the second head and then the galley area. Up a couple of steps to the salon area with a L-shaped sectional to port and then down to the master stateroom with a centerline queen bed. The master head is aft and to starboard. Both heads on the boat have separate stall showers. The galley has refrigerator/freezer, 3-burner electric stove with oven, stainless sink with upgraded Delta faucet, and microwave. Dinette easily seats six. The light oak interior and many windows give this Silverton a bright and open feel to its already spacious design. Purchaser will receive all furnishings including bedding, pillows, salon furniture, flat panel TV, DVD/VHS combo, dishes, and all small appliances. This boat is in great condition and is very clean. This model is well designed and has lots of storage. It is perfect for living or weekend getaways. We purchased it in 2006 from the original owners, who also took very good care of it. The only reason we decided to sell is because we had a baby soon after we bought it and expect another soon and haven't been able to use it as much as we would like.

| 1990 Silverton 40 Convertible Sportfish
This Sport Fish offers some of the best layout options offered in a vessel this size. Entering in thru the rear full size sliders to the Salon you will see a sofa that converts to a sleeper to port and then to step down three stairs into a fully equipped galley with a huge fridge, Microwave, sink, stove, toaster over, wood cabinetry and a u shaped dinning area for six to starboard. Moving further to the port side is a full sized head, complete with glass enclosed shower. All the way forward is the queen master, with plenty of storage and 2 cedar lined hanging closets. The lounging area will stay completely comfortable and cold thanks to the dual AC units. This Silverton 40 Sportfish is powered by twin Crusader 454s pushing out a total of 700 horsepower and has a total of 800 hours and 200 hours since a full rebuild.
The bridge enclosure has a full wrap around canvas and just had a new bimini installed. Control everything from the bridge and enjoy it with all your guest with the extra seating this Silverton has to offer.
All maintenance performed on a very strict schedule. Most recent service was in November including new packing glands, new bottom paint, and a full detail. This boat is in very good condition and is maintained year round. I have personally been out on this boat and can promise it is very well taken care of.
