Standing on the very roomy aft sundeck, there is a table and chairs for enjoying a meal alfresco with fantastic views all around. There is also a wet bar on the sundeck. There is a boarding ladder going down to the swim platform where you will find a hot and cold shower and a swim ladder. Back up on the sundeck moving forward and up 3 steps you enter the upper helm station where you will find seating for at least 8. The upper helm is completely covered with a large bimini for lots of shade. Under all the seats you will find lots of storage, including a deck box for storing all your dock lines when your on the move to the next destination.
Moving down the companionway, you step into the main salon. Beside the companionway steps you will find, on the port side, an ice maker. The port side also has an easy chair facing the sofa, that folds out to a queen size bed on the starboard side. Forward of the sofa is the lower helm station and to the port is 2 chairs at the bar that look down on the cook in the galley. The galley is on the port side with large stainless sink, microwave, toaster oven, fridge & freezer, 3 burner propane stove & oven and again lots of storage. Opposite the galley is the forward head with shower. Moving forward again, you find the forward cabin with a double bunk up and single down, hanging locker and vanity.
Back up in the main salon moving aft, you drop down 2 steps to enter the large aft stateroom. You have a walk around queen bed center and 3 hanging lockers that activates a light when the door is opened (very nice) . There is lots and lots of storage. To the port side you enter the private head with a stall shower. This is a very nice and private aft cabin.

| The following statement was taken from a recent survey.
The Commander was the original Chris Craft fiberglass vessel and has been a stalwart in the marine industry since the 1960's. The " Emerald Isle" is a fantastic example of the lineage. She has been maintained in excellent fashion mechanically and aesthetically. The interior wood treatments are in outstanding condition as is the carpet. The rest of the iterior is in above average condition as well. She has brand new bottom paint, new cutlass bearings and her exterior is in excellent condition. The engines and generator have very low hours for her age and performed very well during the sea trial. The engine room is clean and organized with no indication of oil or water leaks. Bilge compartments are clean as is the cockpit sole. She has newer electronics and all current devices work as they should. Overall she is one of the finest vessels of her kind that I've been on.

| I have a 1987 open bow Caribbean Daycruiser by Hardin Marine, 21'... I am the second owner.. Purchased at an estate sale last January from a gal after her husband died, paid $5800. Brought back to the lake and the third time out, the engine blew, dropped a piston, etc.... Instead of rebuilding I had a new 454 Mercruiser installed.... Cost me $5400..Outdrive gone thru, new gimbel bearing and flushed - oil changed. Tansmission cables adjusted and checked. Now she runs like brand new...Has Alpha 1 outdrive.... Also installed an oversized Bimini Top for those way hot summer days....Cleaned up the gel coat and inside and now she looks pretty good... Not perfect, but very nice... The open bow is great for kids or friends.. She does 50 mph trimmed up.... Comes with a tall wakeboard pole for tricks and which the top piece comes off, letting you wakeboard - ski with the bimini up... 6 orange life vests, wooden paddle, ski ropes, anchor, all original paperwork and motor receipts....Since this new motor has approx. 40 hours on it, lets start at 8K and negotiate.. Fuel stabilizer added to all fuel put thru the boat.. The dual trailer is very heavy duty with good brakes and matches nice....

| The Princess350 deep V Hull was designed to perform with its twin Volvo Turbo-charged 40-series inboard diesels. Built in the UK to very high standard specifications, and the rough North Sea, the Princess350 has distinctive and beautiful lines.
