The boat was re-powered in 2000 with the Cummins diesels and the transmissions were ordered with trolling valves for slow speed fishing. Electronics include a Si-Tex 832 Fishfinder, Furuno FCV667 Color depth sounder, Northstar 952X Chartplotter, Ritchie compass, Robertson AutoPilot, a Datamarine depth, speed, log, and water teperature guage, Furuno 16-mile Radar, and a ICOM marine VHF. There is also a upper running station with full controls on the tower, spreader lights, outriggers, a custom 50-gallon livewell in the cockpit, a custom livewell on the transom, and a insulated fish box under port helm seating.
Cabin accommodations include a forward V-berth with upper fold-down berths, enclosed head on portside, a full galley to starboard, and a 12,000 BTU marine airconditioning system.

| Still Burnin is the most pristine example of a Rampage 38 Express on the market. She is like new with only 260 hours on her Caterpillar C-9 engines. Having been lift-kept and never fished, her longest stay in the water lasted only 4 days. Like her sisterships, Still Burnin was given a solid build to withstand rough weather. Her hulls core was constructed with pre-impregnated end-grain balsa wood and features double bulkhead construction providing superior durability and enhanced insulation. The center console helm has never been cut for electronics and is hinged for easy access to all wiring. This allows for a custom installation of any new electronics package. The deck sides also feature a high windshield with an electrically actuated center-vent, and spacious L-shaped seating.
The desirability of Still Burnins powerful Caterpillar C-9 engines are augmented by their pairing with the vessels efficient 19-degree deep V hull and a 400-gallon fuel capacity. She is fuel efficient and offers excellent cruising range. She is also extremely easy to service equipped with a power actuated engine hatch featuring double electric rams, a full fiberglass liner and diamond plate flooring.
Still Burnin is equally immaculate below deck, furnished with gold hardware and a cherry wood finish throughout. She features a fully equipped galley, a full sized head with a stand up shower, two comfortable double berths and plenty of storage space.
