| WE ARE SELLING AN "UNDIVIDED ONE-EIGHTH INTEREST" IN THE VESSEL & AN EQUAL SHARE OF THE OPERATING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY M/Y ENDEAVOR LLC.
We have negotiated a price well below market which we would like to share w/ friends & associates who would like a 'private yacht' for annual cruising & entertaining. This is the 2nd year of operation & there has never been a complaint about availability or usage. The 1st 2 months are set aside for reservations of 2 weeks by all Owners. After that it is "1st come - 1st served."
DESCRIPTION: 45' sundeck cruiser ~ Large sundeck, foredeck, & flying bridge. En suite Master Stateroom w/ queen berth, en suite Guest Stateroom w/ walk around double berth. Sleeps 2 in double sofa bed, 2 on inflatable queen mattress on sundeck & 2 in convertible dinette (total 10)
Superbly equipped: All electric galley w/ range, refrigerator - freezer & microwave oven.
CENTRAL HEATING... w/ diesel fired furnace. There are also 'built in' electric heaters, & a Reddot heater that scavages heat from engine hot coolant water while the vessel is underway.
GALLEY: There are place settings for 8, & galley equipment for a professional chef. (chef is not included!).
EQUIPMENT: Safety & economy of twin diesels, auxiliary generator, inverter w/ capacity for preparing dinner & 'house' use for the weekend lying at anchor.
Modern navigation & communications: Autopilot including radar & chart plotter.
Ground tackle, windlass, inflatable dinghy - all the equipment you would expect in a fine charter boat.
USAGE AND MOORING: Endeavor is moored in private moorage at Skyline, Anacortes Washington - 45 minutes from the San Juans and 1:45 hours from the beautiful Canadian Gulf Islands.
Designer & Builder: Built in 1988 in Taiwan by a premier builder & offered to you by the Managing Partner, a former importer, commissioning, outfitting & chatterer of fine power & sailing craft.
YACHT FEATURES AND USE: Accommodations & Layout This vessel is great for cruising in the San Juan's, Gulf Islands & South Sound. Beautiful interior & classic yacht with all the features of highend new yachts.
Structurally & mechanically it is in excellent condition. We are upgrading nav-com equipment starting w/ a 'top of the line' Garmin GPS chart plotter & doing some interior modernization.
This is a 2 stateroom yacht w/ a spacious salon, all teak interior, (no teak to maintain on the exterior), a covered sun deck, interior command bridge & fly bridge with venturi windshield. It has a TV, DVD stereo w/ Ipod adapter for music & videos. Broadband internet service, Skype VOIP communications.
Endeavor is professionally managed. A house-keeping & maintenance staff keeps her ready for instant use.
Owners receive a Bill of Sale of an undivided one-eighth interest in the yacht and 125,000 shares in the M/Y Endeavor LLC, the operating company.
You are not charged for usage -only fuel, oil & consumables. There is a monthly maintenance Fee of $200/month which will cover, moorage, power, insurance, & normal maintenance & replacement.
Moorage will be in Anacortes at Skyline during the summer season and possibly Seattle as an option during the winter.
