| Up for sale is my father's 2004 Parker 1801 CC with 115 horsepower Yamaha 4-stroke engine. It has been sitting on his lift in Marco Island since the day he bought it. Since his home had indirect access (35 minutes to get out to the channel leading to the Gulf), this boat saw very little use. Last year, my parents moved away from Marco Island, so the boat is now parked at our place of business in Miami. It's a great boat with many additions and upgrades. The only things it needs are to be cleaned from being outside and to have the fuel - water separator replaced. Maintenance was always properly performed by an outboard mechanic in Marco Island.
