| Completely one-off BRP edition American Offshore 2600
2 plus year renovation, performed by Boat Repairs Plus and Marine Customs of Denver NC (Lake Norman), just finished in mid-June 2017. Everything on this boat is either new or refurbished with less than a summers usage. Total hours since renovation is 22. (hour meter now reads close to 40 due to leaving the key on overnight).
Boat was totally stripped of all rigging and hardware, original rigging holes and cracks in gelcoat filled before the entire hull was primed where it then went through several block sanding stages in order to get the hull straight as possible. 6 color ppg paint job was then applied, followed by 3 initial coats of clear. The boat was then wet sanded and recleared with 2 more coats before final color sand and polish was done. Bilge was also recoated bright white.
Interior was completely redesigned from factory, new frames, foam and vinyl. Head rests are custom embroidered with new AO logo. Custom acrylic panels were cnc cut to enclose 4 new wetsounds 650xs speakers. Sub box for wet sounds 10" sub and custom amp enclosure for wetsounds SYN-DX 4 Channel amp mounted under dash. New LED lighting installed for courtesy lights, accent lights and cupholders throughout cockpit. Additional panels were cnc'd and laser etched for billet push button panels and speaker head unit. Entire floor is covered in cnc routed seadek that was custom designed for this boat. Hatch was reworked for supercharger and converted into a "roadster" rear seat configuration new electric hatch rams and relay.
All new wiring for entire boat with race terminations for every connection. Water resistant fuse and relay box wired for easy access under dash. New stainless and billet hardware throughout, to include: custom machined access and vent plates, cleats and fender pins, gas fill and vent with surge tank, bow and stern lights, grab handles, glove box and rub rail. Also includes new autometer gauges and bezels with GPS Speedo and recall. New helm, steering wheel, orbital pump and hydraulic hoses.
Fresh rebuilt dart 540 just installed mid way through June 2018. Currently setup on mild tune, underdriven with 5lbs of boost, setup for 89 octane. Engine just returned from dyno and currently has 1 hour of run time in boat. Full build and dyno sheets available. Engine components include:
