We have only used this boat on Lake Powell where it does very well, planes quickly and can get up and move. Cruises at 50mph at 4000 rpm, will go 70 mph on the high end. Currently has a 4 blade 22p Bravo stainless prop, will also include a 23p 3 blade stainless Bravo prop.
The gelcoat is in nice shape, there are a couple places where the gunnel strap has been dinged over the years. Vinyl is in great shape, carpets are clean, we have upgraded the lighting to LED. We store it covered.. Located in Kanab Utah. |

The boat has full stainless exhaust tails that have been moved up on transom with removable mufflers. Custom 5 blade P5X 33 pitch,prop trim tabs swim ladder and shower Nordic popup cleats Dana marine shifter and throttle assembly and everything that can have a blue bezel under it has one. Imco steering wheel interior and the trailer were replaced 5yrs ago boat and trailer are freshwater used. Interior replaced 7 years ago by Nordic. The boat needs to be buffed and has some minor scratches and dings. Matching cockpit cover and a brand new blue and white bimini top . Motor has only 25hrs on it since it has been freshened up. HISTORY:
The hull and any mechanical equipment that has not been upgraded have only 1 61 hours total. Thats like having 15,000 mile on a car. Not very many hours for 10 year old boat, obviously.
Previous owner did not use the boat very much at all. 2 years ago, it had only 61 hours and spent most of its life in a warehouse.
Current owner is a professional detailer and keeps it out of the water under covered slip with the tonneau cover as shown in the pictures.

| Putting up for sale my 2000 Nordic heat, wanting to go to a 35' Lightning or a 35' cruiser is only reason I am selling. Boat is powered by a 502 mag mpi and a bravo one outdrive. The drive has been serviced every April. Full helm back IMCO hydraulic dual ram steering and custom GT Performance billet steering wheel make this boat nimble and a pleasure to drive in any scenario, Dana billet trim tabs for ruff water or rowing a skier at low speed, Graffig gauges and controls, and polished stainless mufflers. This boat has drop out bulsters in it instead of the flimsy swivel chairs that typically come with the Nordics. Dual tanks with electronic switcher, built in ice chest, retractable bimini top that can be stored under the rear seat, full cover.
This boat is immaculate, allways kept in a garage and has never seen salt water, in fact the boat doeasn't leave Lake Havesu. New tires on the trailer. Interior and exterior always washed down and no sand was ever allowed in the boat. I have always either used zep or 303 vinyl cleaner on the boat with 303 vinyl protectant and the same goes for the outside, we always washed the boat down with quick detailer to keep the water spots away and a coat of wax on the boat at all times.
