| 2008 NIVI Adventure, This 35' Houseboats have 30" tubes, a 10x12' cabin, a front and back deck of 10'x9', and a sun top roof of 10x14 with rails. The front deck has two 69" benches the back deck has a 93" back bench and a 40" L bench with a sundeck board behind the back bench and a ladder to get to the top. Stereo and speakers. The dinette contains two 40" benches that folds down to sleep 2. Also included is hide-a-bed. All of our furniture has a plastic rotomold core. This houseboat has a patio door, 5 lights, a three-way fridge - freezer, a sink with a 15 gallon water tank, a 3 burner stove with convection oven. This house also features a full bathroom and a bedroom complete with a queen size bed. The roof is a one-piece rubber roofing. The walls are 2" thick and insulated with one-piece fiberglass siding. The deck and chassis feature anodized rails and trim, 1 - 4" rail spacers for water drainage, pressure tested pontoon tubes, one piece stainless steel piano hinges, running lights and lifetime warranty on the marine grade plywood deck This boat has the following options.
