| 2000 30' Mainship Pilot Sedan with Heavy Duty 3 axle trailer - LOA 34' 6", beam 10' 3", draft 3', head room 6 '3". This boat is set up for independent extended cruising and fishing in the Sea of Cortez with a Yanmar 4 cyl 230 HP diesel, Model 4LHA-STE with 3300 hrs. The Yanmar is a great motor for Mexico as it has no electronic parts. When it is started it keeps running even if the batteries go dead as long as the fuel is clean, and she has four separate in-line fuel cleaning systems. Cruising at 7 to 8 mph, she uses 1.5 gal of diesel - hr @ 1600 rpm; @ 2000 rpm she cruises at 9-10 mph using 3.5 gal - hr. Her range is 650 miles at 7-8 mph.

I have towed this boat and trailer from San Felipe, Mexico to Olympia, WA and back using a 2006 Ford Diesel F350 DRW 4x4 truck with GVW rating of 26,000 pounds. The truck has full power accessories, a Boss Tow Package, carries 87 gallons of diesel and is additionally offered at $23,000.
