| 2001 Magic Wizard High Performance, 29 foot open bow with cuddy cabin. the bow has storage under all of the seats and has a bow cover. The cuddy has couch style seats on both sides with storage above. A built in cooler shelf with cooler and the other side has a sink with storage below. the cuddy has its own stereo system with DVD player and monitor. The stern of the boat has a stereo system with Ipod connection ,cd changer and remote control. The system has Two amps. and 4 12in woofers mounted under the back seat. The captain's and co-pilot seats have hydraulic drop out seats and the engine hatch is also hydraulic lift. The steering wheel has tilt and a depth finder is installed (by the factory). The Boat is powered by three batteries, but has trays for up to four. A battery tinder - charger is also installed. The motor is the Mercruiser 496 H.O. (425 horsepower) and has 500 hours. The lower unit is a Bravo one with a stainless steel 22 pitch four blade prop.
The stern has a separate cover and a full bimini. The Boat also has a full winter cover, but some straps need to be replaced. The trailer is a triple axle trailer and has hydraulic brakes and was serviced last spring. A spare tire is included. Several extras are also included just ask. The boat was buffed and polished for this season on the 15th of March 2010 and goes in on the 29th of March 2010 for service for the season. The boat is serviced twice a year and the impellor was replaced last season. The boat is operated in Lake Mead and Lake Havasu and has never been in the Ocean. The boat has small nicks and light oxidation, but looks and Runs excellent. The Boat is stored at my home under a car port and is not left out in the sun. The upholstery looks great (bright white). I also added mufflers two seasons ago to meet the new sound restrictions.

| 2006 Magic Sorcerer mid cabin open bow, 34 feet, LOW HOURS. This boat is super clean. Boat has always been garage stored and waxed 3 times per season. Big stereo you would expect in a boat of this caliber. Drive showers as well as sea strainers. It has a total of 280 gallons fuel capacity, 150 gallons in the 2 belly tanks as well as 2-65 gallon saddle tanks that are on a transfer pump to allow you to pump back into main tanks or jet skis, ect. Built in battery tenders, a rigid bimini top that can stay up in tow and on the lake at full speed. It also has a bow cover as well as a cockpit cover and a full storage cover. This boat is turnkey and ready for the lake. The trailer has new tires a year ago. The loading bunks were replaced 2 years ago. The trailer has a couple of dings but nothing that would affect the overall appearance of it. On a scale of 1 to 10 the boat and trailer are a solid 8. Very reliable & fun toy. It loves the big water of Powell and has no problem when the water turns rough. It will run 75 mph plus all day long.
