The important stuffs on the boat like : Engine, Rudders, Shafts, Electricity, leakings problem, are totally ok no issues about that;
The boat needs a good bottom paint and we'll do it in case of selling - negociable ( zinc replacement by the way), also needs to upgrade some valves.
This boat is for sale because we are moving out of the state to a place without water so...
We bought it a year and a half ago and we didnt stop really enjoying it within, this is a perfect cruising boat - liveabord for a good maintenance budget, and you are going faster than a trawler this price - age.
We have been chartering this boat during last spring with success about 2000 us - month doing it cool as a Bed and Breakfast, this could be a very good income regarding our contacts, agencies and website, we just did it on '"the side". (European customers).
Things you will need to do if so;
Holding tanks, Hull paint, icemaker for big amount icecubes lovers..., a little more electronics stuff ( depending on your cruising program), changing the after deck carpet which is used; there is no big stuffs to do on this boat.
