| Newer twin EFI 502's (less then 150hrs since they were replaced) with 435hp each, Silent Thunder Exhaust, Newer CD stereo with Amp, Newer Trim Rams, Refrig, sink, shorepower, power front bolsters - power footrest, stainless bimini, full cover and cockpit cover, VHF, depth, transom shower. Always lift kept and covered. Needs new exterior vinyl recovered, TLC, new batteries, engines looked over...they ran when I drove it on the lift and easily turn over manually now...has old fuel..so not going to try to start them to avoid other issues, and a good cleaning - waxing. Spend 3-7k fixing it up and you will have a new looking boat....in your style...and save 20k. Just have no time to mess with. Selling AS IS...pay me and take it! | Introduced back in 1991, the 34 PC was a strong selling boat for Formula during her decade long production run, and used models are nearly almost always in demand. Like all of Formula's Performance Cruiser designs, she's built on a constant deadrise deep-V hull with moderate beam and solid fiberglass construction.
The midcabin interior will sleep six and comes with an island berth in the forward stateroom and convertible facing settees in the aft cabin. Both staterooms have privacy curtains, and a bi-fold door in the head isolates the shower from the vanity.
This Formula is being offered for sale by the Original Owner and is powered by Twin MercV-8 454's both equipped with Horizon 380 upgraded engine package. The Port Engine has a total of 344 Hrs. with new risers and exchangers and the Starboard Engine has a total of 10 Hrs. on the factory rebuilt engine with new risers and exchangers.

| I am selling my 1986 Formula 357, minus power and drives. I had converted this boat over to ssm #4 drives on extension boxes, and then decided to part the boat out. The boat is complete minus engines, transmissions, drives, and exhaust. It is still fully rigged minus the drivetrain. It has 4 marine batterys, kept on tenders, full inside hydraulic steering, nice heavy cockpit canvas, custom helm and steering wheel, large sound system with 4 subs 4 6x9s and two 4inch mids. Sides of the boat have also been painted and look very nice. Deck and bottom are original and in good shape also. Boat comes with a nice clean eagle trailer, with brand new wheels. This is not some abandoned project left in a field somewhere. This is a clean well-kept boat that has been stored inside and covered as well.
