This is a 2000 28' Donzi ZX with a 502 big block Volvo Penta that has been totally rebuilt, all new. It's now a 522 CID, all new Comp Cam roller cam, lifters, roller rockers, JE blower pistons and racing rings. Race bearings . Balanced and blueprinted. I also balanced the flywheel.. New MSD , Arizona Land and Speed fuel injection, 55 lbs injectors bad ass fuel pump and regulator. Pro chiller, over $20,000 in engine and supercharger. Can run with supercharger belt off and pump gas or put belt on and run better gas. Runs 70 mph with belt off. Engine has 1 hr on it and 0 hrs with supercharger belt on. Comes with std pulley and belt and overdrive pulley and belt. Must see and hear! Volvo - Penta outdrive , not Merc. The engine lift rams are not functional. I will include rams and install them as soon as I sell it or can come down on price and sell as is. Have lots of pictures and can send them to you, just ask. Has a couple of seams thet need repair, but not bad at all. Corsa quick & quiet exhaust. Donzi patented "Z-tec" hull provides a competent & exhilarating ride with very respectable speeds. | The Donzi 32 ZF boasts a full array of fishing features, like insulated overboard-draining fishboxes in the aft cockpit floor, and a 50-gallon illuminated livewell with high-volume pump system.

There are eight rod holders in the gunnels, four more in the helm seat, and 3 more on the transom. The 32 ZF is equipped with a large removable cooler, locking tackle boxes in the console, and more. Beneath the diamond-pattern nonskid, floor hatches with heavy-duty latches allow access to ample below-deck storage.
The 32 ZFs stepped running surface allows for maximum top end speed while also enhancing cruising speed efficiency. At the same time, the 32 ZF offers a smoother, drier ride than competitive models. The ride softness of the 32 ZF allows it to power through heavier seas, meaning youll be forging ahead while others are throttling back. This advantage has been proven repeatedly at Southern Kingfish Association tournaments, where more professional anglers choose Donzi than any other brand.
In most boats, this would be bragging, for a Donzi, it is just expected.
This 32 ZF will be near perfect for a wide range of on and in-water activities. Fishing, of course, diving, poker runs, offshore cruising and hitting the waterfront with a date.
The roomy cockpit has the same seating as the bigger ZF's, no scrimping on comfort. The center console has a ton of storage. The sturdy windshield offers good protection and the t-top gives more than ample protection. Integrated cockpit lighting and a locking electronics box on the helm. Furuno radar, plotter and fish finder. There is also a magnetic compass, full gauges, trim tabs and a VHF radio.
Forward is a raised casting deck with additional in floor storage. The live well is tucked under comfortable seating. There is true 360 degree fishing on the 32 ZF.
Mercury Verado power will get this ZF cruising at 40 knots and topping off at over 50. The 4 strokes are pretty efficient too. Handling is surpassed by none, the Donzi hull is made to cut through the chop like butter.
This Donzi is in Florida and owner will consider reasonable offers. This ZF has been well kept and does not have a trailer, although new and used are available.

| This is Hull number 16-619 built in 1970, we are the original owner .
Last year I spent most of the summer doing a deck off restore. I started out by taking the boat to a local marine dealer who I had asked to replace the bearing between the engine and the outdrive. (I used to be a certified marine mechanic myself so hearing that the bearing was starting to go I decided to replace it before it could do major damage).
The mechanic mentioned the only way to do it right would be to take the deck off to easily get the bearing out to replace it. Once the deck was taken off I discovered the fuel tank needed to be replaced. I removed the original and sent it to a tank builder to duplicate.
Since the certified marine mechanic was involved everything had to be updated to meet current safety levels.
Fuel line check valve, marine grade alternator which was converted to single wire were a few of the notable upgrades. The gauge group was replaced with a new Teleflex package the ammeter was replaced with a volt meter. The original Bennett trim was updated with new rams, oil lines, and new pump - oil tank. New steering system replaced the original. put new cables on the throttle and shift since this was all easy to do while the boat was apart.
All of the stringers were inspected as well as the transom with no sign of rot. Since this boat was stored indoors the hull condition was no surprise.
I replaced the upholstery with exact color replica of the original.
The hull and deck white gel coat is original with a few minor scratches repaired by the fiberglass expert at the dealer. I was able to do all the labor intensive work with the help of using the dealers cradles (one for the deck one for the hull) I did the hand sanding starting with 800 grit moving to 1500 grit then finishing with 2500 grit before moving to rough cut rubbing compound and then finish rubbing compound then putting two coats of Mequires carnuba wax. The blue color was refreshed by the fiberglass expert at the dealer. (We made sure to keep the color matching the original).
I have 400 hours in the labor myself to refresh this boat.
I have $17000 in repair expenses.(I have all the receipts in the original portfolio that we got from Donzi when we bought the boat).
We have other boat to use so the family has decided that it is time for someone else to appreciate this fine boat.
Still on original trailer.
Three extra propellers.
Fresh water use only.
I have invested in new hubs and new wheels on the trailer.. It is ready to roll.
