New to our inventory is this beautiful 2005 Doral Intrigue!
The Intrigue from Doral boasts enough room for six to sleep below, and has the space to entertain ten up on deck. She uses an efficient cabin forward design to every advantage for added space. She's a medium size cruiser that delivers the comfort you're looking for when entertaining, along with the accommodations you need.
Down Below
Down in the cabin you have a nice V-berth that fills the front end of the boat. The large overhead hatch allows fresh air and natural sunlight into the space. The mirrored front makes the space look larger. No space is wasted. Under the mattress is a huge storage area. Privacy curtains wrap around the V-berth for night time privacy. There is a large L-shaped couch for the settee. A triangular table can be set up here for serving snacks and meals. Behind the couch is a bottle and glass organizer. Over on the right is the stereo behind a Plexiglas cover. Racks for magazines and - or CDs and DVDs are behind the couch. The TV is on a rotating pad so it can be viewed either from the comfort of the V-berth or shared with everyone in the cabin.
The Galley
Beautifully polished wood cabinets accent the galley. Here you have a microwave, pull out sprayer faucet at the single sink, double fold over cover for the cooktop and a pull out towel rack under the sink. You also have a refrigerator - freezer and three drawers for cutlery and silverware at the galley. Just aft of the galley is a long closet for hanging items. The head has stand up room, a wet head with vanity and pull out shower, and a toilet. Steps into the cabin have twin rubber non slip grooves for sure footing in the wet weather.
Cockpit Layout
The stern bench wraps from the helm to the port side stern walkthrough. The sliding rear bench can be closed up for more intimate groups or expanded for a larger group. The engine hatch is motorized and the spaces below have lots of room for working with the engines. The swim platform has a wash down in the stern trunk where the shore connections are in the bottom. The platform has a large storage locker and a double fender keeper system for fenders.

Boat is located in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
There are plenty of 30 foot express cruisers on the market today but, what sets this Doral 300SE apart from all the rest is the expansive cockpit.
This unique design was obviously created for outdoor entertaining with seating for seven or eight guests and room left over for a wet bar behind the double helm seat.
A cockpit fridge completes the package.
This Doral also boasts a stainless steel radar arch, full camper canvas, city water hook up, windless, a full galley with fridge and microwave (note - this boat has TWO refrigerators), a mid-cabin berth and a swim platform with built ins to hold several large fenders.
There is also a LOT of storage for a 30' boat!
Large locker off the swim platform, plenty of storage on the deck, and below deck there are huge closets all over.
The engine room is well laid out and very roomy for a 30 foot boat.
There is a door within a door to get into the engine room, so it is very easy to just peek in there before during or after your boating day.
This model does not have AC, heat or a generator.
Which is why it is priced the way it is.
But Doral did build in the ductwork for heat - AC, so it should not be hard to add.
We never saw the need.
We tracked our burn rate for 2021 and 2022 (so far) seasons, and we typically burn an average of 10 gallons an hour!
Wow, many 30' boats burn twice that!
Both engines work great, start right up and run quietly.
Same with the outdrives.
The radar is works great, the screen size is small but it works well.
No GPS as we use a ipad with the Navionics app and we are taking the ipad.
This boat has 4 batteries - one starter battery for each engine, and two house batteries in relay, so you will have plenty of power while at anchor.
Starboard side risers and manifolds replaced with OEM in July of 2020.
Sorry, no info on when the port side risers and manifolds were done but they run cool.
FYI, when the starboard risers and manifolds were replaced, the old ones were fine.
Fresh water heat exchanger tubes also cleaned in 2020.
Other recent work is a new steering cable before the season in 2022.
The canvas and eisenglass are in good shape, except one small part of the canvas top which needs a new zipper.
