| The boat has been family owned since its purchase in 1961. A recent survey of the craft noted a few deficiencies which have been addressed. The last year the boat was launched was 2002. As noted in the photos there is a spacious swim platform. Additionally, there is an extra set of brass propellers. | This is a 1958 Chris Craft Sea Skiff that my family is the original owners of. It is a 26 foot lap strake hull that is sound with no damage. This boat is the perfect project for anyone interested in wood boats!
All trim pieces are on the boat with nothing missing. The original 6 cyl engine was swapped out for a more reliable 4 cyl Volvo Penta in 1990. She was last run in 1992 and I have not played with the engine. There are two spots on the lower part of the bow that will need attention (see pictures). - br
The interior of the boat has the optional mahogany lining so that ribs are not exposed. This is seen throughout the boat and is visible in my pictures. There is a cuddy cabin in the nose with two beds and a head. My grandfather had all the cushions remade around 1990 and they have been stored indoors since then. There is a fixed canvas top.
This boat has been stored on blocks since 1992. Shrink wrapped until 2000 but always outdoors. The metal framing above the hull is the removable shrink wrap framing. This is not bolted to hull whatsoever. There is NO TRAILER.
Chris Crafts are highly collectible boats and when restored this boat will be the perfect addition to any collection. Sea Skiffs were well known as durable and dependable vessels. Make this collectable piece of Chris Craft history apart of your family.

| Vintage 1966 22' Chris Craft Sea Skiff for Restoration Project Priced to Sell with Trailer
Former blue fishing boat for restoration project with Chrysler 250 which may or may not be salvagable. Great fishing platform. Have been known to overnight with friends and sleeping bags on the deck. Last in water over a decade ago in Long Island Sound in CT and has been under roof in photo ever since. Galvanized Nor'Easter tandem trailer with springs and spare galvanized wheel was in the water once and used for 1300 miles (CT to NC to PA). Tires weathered and need replaced. Now in Northwest PA, 60 miles south of Lake Erie. The engine was running when it powered the hull onto the trailer and hasn't been started since. The engine now Your guess is probably better than mine. This is a project boat. Only those that know the value of the restored boat and the cost of the trailer should respond. Headed back overseas and want to find it a good home.
