| 1990 Carver Mariner 32 ft cruiser, FRESH WATER BOAT. It has never been in salt water. She has very low hours on its twin 350 Mercruisers with inboard v-drives. It is very well maintained. Both engines just had their water pump impellers replaced during winterization fall 2010. The boat sleeps 6, has a full head with glass-enclosed shower, with electric toilet. Full-size Norcold refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. We replaced the A - C unit last year with a brand new 14,000 btu central air unit with all digital controls and remote. The flybridge seats 10 people.
The master stateroom has a double bed with wood door for privacy and Tempurpedic mattress. Batteries were new 7 - 4 - 10. All upholstery looks like new. The boat has never been smoked in and no pets have been on the boat. She is very fuel efficient like a trawler at lower speeds (12-14) and yet gets up and goes 30mph when you want to.
Very comfortable and incredibly roomy for it's size. We use it as our house on the water. And is one of three boats. The only thing that currently needs replacing is the flybridge bimini top. We have replaced some of the sides. The bimini over the cockpit is newer and is a great thing as you can sit out in the cockpit in the rain or hot sun

| This 1986 Carver 3207 ACMY offers a spacious double-cabin offering the most in comfort for the size. Accommodations include two private staterooms, two heads, full-size galley, compact salon with convertible sofa, lower helm. The aft deck can accomodate some folding chairs and the flybridge offers seating for 4.
The bottom was blasted 4 years ago and showed no blistering. Interlux Epoxy barrier coat applied (5 coats). Put on three coats of a quality ablative, first red, then two black. Using a good quality ablative since then and is holding up extremely well. No flaking and only touch up needed each spring.
Oil change yearly. All fluids every 2 - 3 years. About every 25 - 30 hours.

| This is a fine example of the Carver 356, with it's 13'3" beam, she very roomy and sports a wide open interior. The main salon has a very comfortable seating area and is open to the galley and dinette booth that makes into additional sleeping area. The very private aft stateroom is spacious and has lots of storage, it also has a private head with a stall shower with a seat. The other stateroom is forward and there is a second head and shower. Whether heading out with clients to a local waterfront resturant or anchoring up in a secluded cove for the weekend the Carver 356 can handle it all. As you step on to the swim platform, right away you notice all the room the platform provides for water sports and the hot and cold fresh water wash down. Taking 3 steps up to the large aft deck ready to entertain or just lounge and enjoy the breezes and great views. From there you can go down the steps to the main salon or up 2 steps to the Fly bridge and the helm, where you will find lots of seating, bimini and again great views. Going down the steps to the main salon you will find a very inviting interior. A roomy seating area is open to the galley and the dinette so everyone can be in on the conversation. Moving forward down the steps to the galley and past the dinette you come to the first head and shower on the starboard side. Still moving past the head, there is the forward cabin with hanging locker and lots of storage.
Back in the main salon, move aft and down the steps to the spacious aft cabin with a queen bed, hanging lockers and more storage. There is also another head with a separate shower stall and seating area.
