| 2001 Carver Voyager 374 FRESH WATER BOAT
Beautifully kept, 2nd owner vessel. 40' LOA. This yacht offers some of the best layout options offered in a vessel this size. Entering in thru the rear full size sliders, you'll find the galley to starboard. Dinette sits opposite the galley on the port side. Up 2 stairs is the salon with a sleeper sofa to the port and euro recliner across. Moving fore down 3 stairs is the port side single stateroom and to the starboard is a full sized head, complete with glass enclosed shower. All the way forward is the queen master, with plenty of storage and 2 cedar lined hanging closets. This Carver 374 Voyager is powered by twin Mercruiser 7.4L MPI engines with 710 hrs on them. All maintenance done on a strict 100 hour schedule and all has been logged for your review. No expense spared in maintenance. Engines are operating perfectly and are defect - leak free. There is a Kohler 7.5KW genset with less than 300 hours on it, in perfect condition. It resides under the aft deck and is in a sound shield enclosure.
The flybridge enclosure is larger than standard factory issue and is approx 3 years old and in perfect condition. The hull, topside, and decks were painted with AwlGrip 2 years ago. Below the waterline was painted 6 months ago. The boat is kept in fresh water in Lake Monroe.
All maintenance performed on a very strict schedule. This boat is in excellent condition and is maintained year round. I have personally been out on this boat and can promise you that you will not find a cleaner one on the market.
