| The Corinthian is a unique Motor Yacht built by the famed builder Chris Craft Marine. This model is an ideal vessel for a live aboard or makes for a roomy family cruiser for the perfect weekend getaway up the delta or exploring San Francisco Bay.
The aft cabin layout provides for a spacious master stateroom with ensuite head with shower. There are plenty of closets and drawers to keep you organized.
Forward of the aft cabin is the Salon with an L shaped settee and seating for 6. The settee folds out into a double bed for guests. Opposite the settee is the galley with a 3 burner Princess stove top, oven with broiler and microwave. The refrigerator - freezer is new and is of ample size. There is a navigation station as well for operating the vessel indoors on colder days.
Forward of the Salon and Galley is another head and an ample V-Berth.
Youre on the water so where else would you want to be but outdoors. This yacht features a large sundeck with plenty of room for lounging or entertaining and steps up from the sun deck is the bridge with seating for five and all the controls to operate the vessel from high above the water. To maximize comfort, there are separate Biminis to provide shade on both the sundeck and bridge.
For fun days of swimming or fishing there is a nice sized cockpit aft of the master stateroom and a swimming platform as well.

| This rare C & C 37, Tri-Cabin Yachts Sailboat is in far above average condition and in need of a new home. She sleeps six (6) adults in six (6) berths all surrounded by teak and holly sole. What helped to make this sailboat much better for Southwest Florida, was the shortening of the keel down to 5' 5" which was done by the factory at C & C Yachts. This vessel was rigged as a masthead cutter with double aluminum spreaders on an oval shaped anodized aluminum mast and boom. The standing rigging is comprised of Navtec rod which is cold headed to the various end fittings and appears in good condition. Navtec turnbuckles are fitted to through deck chainplates which are firmly anchored to reinforced points on the interior of the hull. She includes Seven (7) sails as well as the Harken roller furling system for the jib. Some of the other features to take note of are; Spare Martee Folding Prop; Aluminum Spinnaker Pole; Aluminum Reaching Strut; Navtec S.S. Rod Rigging; All halyards lead to the cockpit; Two (2) Barient #27 Primary Winches; Two (2) Barient #25 Secondary Winches; Three (3) Barient Winches at the cockpit; Four (4) Barient #18 Winches on deck at the mast; and Two (2) Danforth and One (1) Bruce Anchor all with rodes. The A - C Electrical System consists of 125 VAC with one 30-Amp Inlet and One 30-Amp shore power cord. The D - C System Electrical Panel consists of 8 - 8 (sixteen) breaker switches and a 20 Amp Voltmeter with Thermoplastic Insulated Copper Strand wire. The Battery, Alternator and Selector Switch are all new in 2008. The galley GSI Three (3) Burner Stove has been converted to LPG gas. Spacious interior sleeps 4 in two staterooms and additional 2 on pullout couch in salon.
Master Stateroom forward has a walk-around island queen berth and en-suite head and separate shower stall. Access to anchor rope locker is through a door in the forward bulkhead. There are side shelves, drawers, and a hanging locker providing ample storage. There is an A - C control, TV, and an overhead hatch with screen.
The Guest Stateroom is amidships starboard, across from the head has large upper and lower berths and includes a pocket sliding door for privacy. The Electric Head has a large vanity and a separate Shower Stall.
Three steps up form the forward staterooms the Salon has an L-shaped sleeper sofa to starboard. Overhead doors in the salon are flush mounted and opens to fishing rod storage compartment.
