| Nice 1978 Powerboat 30' Bayliner Encounter Flybridge - "Light boat project" in need of a rebuilding work on 1 engine. 1 engine runs fine. Needs good cleaning and varnish work done all around outside hull painting. The inside is very nice.
I bought it last winter on eBay and paid to have it moved to a secured dry storage facility. After my purchased, the mechanic found that one engine was seized and was in need of being rebuilt.
I purchased this boat because it is a clean, perfect candidate for a "live on board yacht" and I wanted to tow it away to the East Coast on a trailer.
About the boat: The hull is in fine shape - The paint all around is in fair shape. The top bridge is clean and good. All of the canvas tops are good and boat comes with complete set of plastic covers for back area (canvas holder on flybridge needs to be screwed in for two bolts). Curtains needs to be replaced in a few areas. The interior of this boats can accomodate to sleep 4 to 5. The bathroom is clean. The carpets have some wear marks and stains. Vent above front bed has small leak. The floor is solid and the kitchen in good shape, all appliances are in working order and they all look clean.
