| This boat is fantastic for living aboard year round! We did it for 3 1/2 years in Charlestown, MA (Boston Harbor), including winters with single digit temps.! The open salon area (no bulkheads) coupled with forward and aft cabins (queen bed in aft cabin), forward and aft heads (aft head has standup shower/tub) and the canvassed flybridge provide multiple living areas, all with a water view! Where else could you find such reasonably priced water front property, tax free? Just plug in cable and a telephone line and you have all of the comforts of a land based home.
