Accommodations:
Master has a 1 king size bed, 1 full size in upper bedroom, and 2queen size below.
Mechanical Equipment:
Hydraulic steering and electronic shifters (Mathers Micro-Commander Single Lever DualStation) operate the engines. The 3.0 Ton electric heat pump lair conditioner keeps theenvironment within the vessel stable. Two 95-gallon fuel tanks with shut off valves are located in the aft machinery compartment. The twin 100-gailon plastic water tanks are located under the salon. The twin 100-gallon aluminum holding tanks are located under the heads. Two bilge pumps, a blower in engine compartment, city water hookup, and waste tank pump outs are located along the outside of the vessel. The pressurized hot I cold water system has one 17-gallon hot water heater. The engines are 8-cylinderMercury Marine Inboard I Outboard Engines with standard engine alarm package. The horsepower of each engine is 225 HP. All gauges functioned within normal limits from both stations. Halon fire suppression system is installed.
Galley:
Granite counter tops. Island bar with trash compactor The open and well-equipped galley consists of an 18 CIF refrigerator-freezer with icemaker, 4-burner electric range with oven, under the counter icemaker, and microwave oven. The cabinets have been stained to match the paneling. The countertops are Formica. The floor in the galley is tile. The stacked washer - dryer is located in a hallcloset. Large plasma TV, furniture, and new dishes. Direct TV ready to receive signal under cover or out in the open.
Electronics and Navigational Gear:
The lower helm station has a standard lighted instrument package, electric trumpet horn, ship to shore radio, and depth finder. The AM - FM - CD player has speakers wired throughout the boat. The bridge station has a standard lighted instrument package and asecond ship to shore radio.
Electrical System:
The 12.5 kW Westerbeke generator is installed in the aft machinery compartment. Three85-amp batteries for engines, one for the generator, and a single 50-amp shore powercord supply power for the electrical load. The AC electrical panel is located under thehelm station. The salon has a 45-inch color flat screen TV. The generator exhaust has been rerouted per USCG Recommendations. The 3000-watt inverter with six batteries isinstalled in the front bilge.
Deck and Hull Equipment:
The hull is a 16 X 69 foot all aluminum, double welded, with aluminum ribs and braces,26" deep hull, low bow, back deck with a two foot swim platform, and three-step swim ladder, rear spiral staircase, complete insulation package, carpet on outside decks, the aluminum railings have canvas inserts and rail gates only on the back deck. The stairs to the bridge deck are located on the starboard front side of the vessel. The vessel is configured as a wide-bodied cabin with center hallway. The baths are on the starboard side and the cabins are on the port side. The bridge deck has a bimini top but no party top, or roof bar. There is a Jet Ski Ramp on the aft deck. On top is a Hot Tub.
