| The New Hobo 790 Open is a very beautiful boat with the hull lines of the character of the old lifeboat with a beautiful classic shape. These lines provide excellent shipping properties and safety. A swim platform has been installed on the aft with support for a shower and the rudder control system is hidden inside the boat hull which adds the boat a sea character.
In-standard the boat is equipped with a modern 4-cylinder (68 hp) Vetus engine and a rigid shaft line with the aquadrive system to provide the maximum reduction of noise and vibration. There are also other options available for the propelling engine.
The company together with the designer has devoted a lot of attention to ensuring the comfort and ease of use of the boat. Due to its complexity the boat is seaworthy at night and you can organize group tours. Thank to that the sailing is simple and pleasant, ensures maximum comfort even though it has less than 8 m across the deck. In the forepeak cabin, a small electric toilet and wash basin have been installed. Between the midship bend and a bow there is a daily passenger space, which at night can serve as a place to sleep and a safe place for children play. The double floor of this compartment is designed for additional mattresses and to raising the floor and space devoted to increase the bedrooms, which is increased thus creating a rectangle with maximum dimensions of 2.3 m x 2.3 m. This area will be covered with a folding canvas that covers the entire unit. Webasto installation will provide the heating in this area or a charcoal stove with a stylish small chimney. In-standard the boat is equipped with gas stove and a refrigerator of 60 l capacity, additionally provided facility of hot water boiler.
The aft passenger compartment with the steering post provides plenty of room for storage. Additional soft restraints on the deck improve the comfort and safety. The helm is provided with a fully equipped control panel indicating the full information on working equipment and a comfortable chair so that the helmsman can focus his attention only on the pleasures of sailing.
The maneuvers are easier due to the tubular rudder installed on the bow, GPS, external halogens and infrared cameras as an option. For the convenience of passengers the passenger compartment is equipped with interior lights, radio and a CD- player.
