Walkthrough
Entering from the aft cockpit through a large sliding doorway, you enter the spacious salon. The asymmetrical design of the yacht affords the aft salon to extend full width to the port side of the hull. There is a large L-shaped settee with custom opening table to port, and large pantry and credenza to starboard. Forward and to port you will find the fully appointed luxurious galley. From this position you can ether walk down a few steps to the master stateroom or up to the pilothouse. Walking down to the master stateroom you will find a athwartship oriented queen size bed. This stateroom is located in the heart - center of the yacht to ensure comfortable motion while underway. The master stateroom also offers a private head with separate shower, and plenty of closet space. The large engine room is accessed through a large door aft, complete with round viewing window. The engine room is is spacious, clean, and organized. Walking back upstairs into the salon, and continuing forward up another set of stairs gains entry to the pilothouse. The pilothouse offers heavy sliding entryway doors to port and starboard. There is a large table with L-shaped settee aft. Above the settee is a fold away pilot berth. The helm area is complete with an array of electronics and controls, and a large paper chart - laptop PC area to starboard. The leather helm chair is flanked by AC and DC panels to port and starboard. Moving forward down another flight of stairs gains entry to the forward guest stateroom. The guest stateroom offers one double and one single berth with palatial ceiling height. Just aft of the guest stateroom is another full head complete with separate shower. | So every once in a while a yacht will come along your way that is really just honestly too good to be true! Well here it is...and it just came along our way here at Tennessee Yacht Brokerage!
Here is the cleanest 1985 Sea Ray 360 that you will EVER find!!! Of course you are thinking to yourself...sure..what he thinks is clean might not be my idea of clean! In this case, this boat is a 9 out of 10!!!
So on to the specifics of the boat...and there is a laundry list of them! This yacht features twin Crusader 350 engines with 500 hours, well one engine has been replaced within the past couple months so that engine has less then 5 hours on it and includes a warranty. The Westerbeke generator is an amazing 12Kw and only has around 100 hours on it.
Options and features include: 2 stateroom layout with walk-around beds in both the v-berth and the aft cabin. Both also feature their own heads and showers. The aft cabin has a half bath with the vanity and sink outside of the head, and the v-berth head is a full bath. New carpeting insaid and out within the past year. One new porcelain vacufush toilet within the past few months. Anything this boat might need...it gets replaced! Other options include a hard-top over the aft deck with full canvas enclosure which is also new in the past couple years. The canvas is like new having been replaced when the owner took possession of the boat is 1997. There have been three owners of this fine vessell and each and every one has taken pristine care of this yacht and it shows!
This boat shines interior and exterior. Service has been kept up with oil changes and impellers...and anything else that needs attention, it gets done. I think you will find this is one of the nicest 36 foot yachts around regardless of the age! At first glance you will never know that this boat is a 1985 model...or after the second or third glance!!!
