| Up for Sale is a 2007 Sleekcraft Heritage 30ft. OPEN BOW with a 2010 525 EFI( Factory Warranty Until September of 2012). This boat was purchased NEW in Oct of 2009. I bought this boat from a dealer without power. I purchased a 2010 Mercury Racing 525 EFI (with the $2500 upgraded option RED in color) Bravo1 XR outdrive with a 7" ext. box with ITS( Integrated Transom System) a $6000 upgrade TOTAL Invoice was $44,895. Professionally installed by a Mercuiser Dealer in Houston,TX. The boat and motor only has 97.4 HOURS its like NEW. Also equiped with the Mercury Racing Smartcraft Monitoring System Guage with lets you know everything thats going on with the Engine. Boat comes with a 25 pitch 4 blade Lab prop that was customed order for this boat. REPLACEMENT cost of this boat New would be over 125k. This boat has been Maintained Extremely well NO APOLOGIES NEEDED!!!

| This boat was on the cover of HotBoat Magazine in Oct of 07. Owner of Sleek - Magic at the time said to me "this is the nicest boat I have ever built". It ran 67mph in the Lake Havasu magazine test and is still very fuel efficient for a boat of this size and power - speed. Lots of upgrades: Livorsi billet zero effort controls, custom designed color matched interior, full snap in carpet, Dana tabs, billet Livorsi tab indicators, upgraded billet Livorsi gauges and depth sounder, dual Blue Top Optimas in custom billet Sleekcraft boxes, custom built white windscreen, bimini top with upgraded quick detach hardware, snap in trailerable cockpit and bow covers, JL Audio Monster speakers and amps with Sony stereo, billet stereo cover, XM radio, iPod connection, Bravo 1X drive with drive shower, LED lights in the trailer, chrome aluminum wheels (7) on the trailer. This boat has ALWAYS been stored indoors. Only used less than 20 hours a year and otherwise is inside AND covered at all times. It is literally in like new condition. The triple axle trailer was completely sandblasted, painted with epoxy primer and then painted with color matched Dupont paint to match the boat in 2011.
