This 1999 Silverton 352 Motor Yacht features the sidewalk deck, which allows you to go down the steps from either sides of the Fly Bridge directly to the forward deck, thus allowing the salon to take full advantage of the full beam of the boat, similar to its big sister the 392 Silverton, but at a much lesser price.
This configuration, makes the 352 MY a very popular boat, with unmatched accommodation either below or topside in its class. Her lol is 41'4" with draft of 3' 3" and bridge clearance of 16' 8". The interior headroom is 6' 5", the dead rise is 14 degrees at the transom.
The fuel fank capacity is 286 gallons, the water tank capacity is 100 gallons, and the holding tank capacity is 68 gallons.
The sturdy oversize stainless steel rails will keep your passengers safe and secure even in rough waters, and fly bridge has black canvas with a full size bimini top with full enclosure. Other equipment such as mooring lines and fenders, fresh water transom shower, swim platform with ladder, trim tabs, hydraulic steering, halon fire extinguisher, bilge pumps and alarm are all included.
Comfort and convenience are most accommodation to the double berth guest stateroom, with its own private washroom with vacuum flush head, vanity with sink and a stall shower.
The master stateroom has a double bed with headboard against the port side, a small dresser against the salon bulkhead, it includes hanging locker, plenty of storage, window on the aft bulkhead, and washroom with vacuum flush head and stall shower.
This boat is very airy, it can also sleep 2 people on the convertible couch in the salon, and two on the convertible dinette, for a total of 8 people.
She is built on a modified V hull, and her two stateroom floor plan is arranged with a mid level galley and dinette. The galley has plenty of counter top space to prepare dinners or snacks, it has a dual voltage full size refrigerator with freezer, 2-burner stove w - oven, a microwave, coffee maker and sink with hot and cold running water.
The aft deck is covered with a hard top with full canvas all around, with a wet bar with ice maker on the aft deck making this a real nice place to relax.
The forward deck is equipped with an electric windlass with anchor, chain and rode.
The luxurious and wide open salon and dinette, makes this a great area for dining or simply entertaining your family and guest.
This 35' boat can easily be compared to a larger boat, and there is seating for 6 people on the fly bridge, with ample room on the aft deck.
The access to the boat is easier from the aft of the boat boarding from the swim platform, and up the spiral staircase to the aft deck. But it can also be boarded form either the port or starboard side of the aft deck, from a ladder on your dock.
This boat is powered by a pair of 454 - 330 HP Crusader engines, with cruising speed of 16 to 18 Knots and a top speed of approximately 30 knots.It is also equipped with a 6.5 KW generator, powerful enough to run all your electrical appliances.
The on board electronic equipment is as follow: Radar by Furuno. Auto Pilot by Simrad, Chart Plotter by NorthStar, Depth Sounders, AM - FM Stereo with CD, 2-TV, VHF Radio by Standard, Ritchie compass and electric remote spotlight.
The electrical includes 12V - 110 Volts system, 4 batteries, battery charger, 2 X 50' shore power cords
The boat has air conditioning with reverse heat, the interior is all white leather.

The Spacious Three-Stateroom Layout will easily sleep 8 (or more), Two in the Aft Master Stateroom, Two in the Queen-sized VIP, Two in the Forward Stateroom's Over-and-Under V-Berth, and Two in the Convertible Magic-Bed in the Salon.
The Aft Master Stateroom is down four steps from the Salon, entered through a center-line sliding door. The Island Queen Berth is also center-line. A large cedar-lined Hanging Locker is starboard along with a nice Dresser with Mirror and Drawers. There is also a second cedar-lined Hangung Locker to the Port side Stern bulkhead next to the master Washroom. The Master washroom is to port, with a sliding privacy door, cherry cabinetry with solid-surface countertops, and a Vac-U- Flush head. Adding to the spacious feel of the boat is a very large Shower and Tub in the Master washroom.
The VIP and Forward Staterooms are accessed by a portside Hallway that runs on the Port Side of the Yacht, lined with drawers and storage Closets. The VIP Stateroom is forward of the Engine Room, and features yet another Island Queen Berth accessable from either side. This VIP Stateroom is surprisingly large with much better headroom than might be expected, cedar-lined Hanging Lockers and lots of storage. It also has a large door giving you access to the engine room. The Guest Washroom is forward between the VIP and the forward Stateroom, with a privacy entrance from the VIP stateroom, as well as an entrance from the hallway. Better Design: What sets the 39 Silverton apart from other yachts is not her layout. This is your basic aft-cabin motoryacht: forward berth, raised saloon - galley - dinette and spacious aft cabin. There interesting differences like the side walks, a Silverton signature that allows you to go from either side of the bridge to the bow without steps and never without a rail or handhold. But what really sets the 39 Silverton apart is construction and finish.
Better Engine-mounting system: Each gasoline powerplant is affixed to a pair of steel I-beams that cap the stringers and bolt to fore and aft bulkheads. Usually associated with high-end brands like Viking and costs considerably more than simple fabricated engine beds but virtually eliminates engine-alignment issues.
Better Interiors: Noticeable is the woodwork. Silverton has increased the usage of rich solid cherry woods, created solid cherry raised panel doors and a dining table top. Top-grade interior hardware has been installed, and Flexsteel sofa and settee are included. Finished in satin varnish and accented by a plush vinyl overhead and Ultraleather upholstery, the result is a warm and classy ambiance. The joinery is noticeably better as well, courtesy of CNC routers, and better-quality brass-and-chrome door hardware and Moen plumbing fixtures and countertops of Corian instead of molded fiberglass provide quality and home comfort.
Better Bridge: The bridge has good sight lines forward and to either side and you can even see the aft corner for backing into your slip. The console perfectly accommodates the Raymarine electronics and Autopilot. The triple helm seats are comfortable and feature flip-up bolsters for stand-up operation. And there are at least seven drink holders up there.
Better Aft Deck: Unlike many aft cabins, this one has no partition between the bridge and aft deck, so passengers on both levels wont feel isolated. To maximize cockpit deck space, the aft seat is recessed into the transom with drink holders, and has a forward port-side wetbar. There are six more drink holders here and two ways to board with a molded-in raised starboard step for fixed docks and a port-side stairway to the four-foot-deep swim platform for floating docks. Take five steps down from the aft deck, and you enter the spacious salon. The salon seems larger than most 50 footers. There are two L-shaped soft leather settees which seat 10 people comfortably. Walk forward to enter the galley which is well decorated and equipped with all modern appliances, a three burner glass top stove and a brand new refrigerator.
Continue walking forward thru the galley to enter the master stateroom. It is amazingly spacious for a boat this size. It has a full size walkaround queen berth, seperate AC - Heat, two full size cedar hanging lockers, separate head and shower, vanity, large picture window, tons of storage space, and a flat screen TV.
As you walk aft from the salon, you enter the VIP stateroom. It offers a full walkaround queen berth, a cedar hanging locker, cherrywood doors and cabinetry, extra storage space, a seperate head and shower, and a flop down flat screen TV.
From the aft deck, take five steps up to enter the enclosed flybridge with 360 degree visability. Like the salon, it offers two L-shaped soft leather settees with comfortable seating for 10. The forward facing helm seat has room for three passengers as well. Their is a starboard side exit from the upper helm with steps down to the forward deck.
The non-skid enclosed aft deck is equipped with a wet bar and ice maker. Their is extra space for deck chairs and table, extra storage space, and side doors to debark. At the rear of the cockpit there are steps to an extra large swim platform with tender chocks on top.

This Silverton 43 Motor Yacht is powered by twin 450 Horse Power 3126 Caterpillars with approximately 1200 Hours. Both engines are properly maintained on a regular basis, and they are both in excellent working order.
