ACCOMMODATIONS
The unique layout of this vessel creates a spacious comfortable area to entertain large groups. It has three molded steps to access the low profile bridge and a walk-through from the bridge to the foredeck that allows single-handed docking. This boat has the most spacious bridge and cockpit for its size, which allows six guests to join you on the bridge while underway or in the cockpit while sitting at the dock.
The salon stretches the complete width of the boat giving the interior a feel of a much larger boat. The boat has a vast, condo-sized interior feel with a full-beam salon, private berth in the forward stateroom. The Salon features (2) sofas, port and starboard, with (2)serving tables.
The head has a Vacu-Flush toilet with shower capability.
The Salon dinette converts to sleep 2 additional adult guests and there is a privacy door separating the Master Stateroom from the Salon.

The boat has a 3.0L 4 cylinder engine with 235 hours that is great on gas and is one of the most bulletproof motors ever but in a boat. It has a Mercruiser Alpha One outdrive. One cool feature of this boat is it has a quick winterizing feature where you simply release two valves and the motor is instantly winterized, making it perfect for cold weather trips to the lake. It comes with the single axle galvanized you see in the pictures as well. Also has AM - FM - CD player. It has a lot of storage for an 18 foot boat with a large ski locker and storage on either side of engine. The boat also has a Huminbird 565 Fish finder on it. | 2004 SeaRay 220 Select Bowrider. It is 23.0' LOA and 8'6" wide. 5.0L GM 305ci Mercruiser 260hp with Alpha 1 outdrive. It is fairly fuel efficient for its size, normally use less than 10gal in a day on the river. Stainless Steel prop. Two marine batteries that are less than a year old and a Perko battery switch. There is a ton of storage space under the bow cushions, under the back seat bench, a closet built in to the driver side console, large ski locker in the floor, glove compartment, and a cooler built into the passenger side dash. Pioneer head unit with CD player which has aux input port and USB plug, 4 Polk Momo speakers and 2 tweeters in the dash. The driver - passenger seats have flip up bolsters. Large swim platform with fold up ladder, large sun pad above the engine compartment. 2004 Shorelandr galvanized trailer with swig away tongue. | 1998 SeaRay 180. It is 18'6". It is in very good condition for its age. 3.0L 4cyl 135hp Mercruiser i - o with Alpha One outdrive. It has enough power to pull up a wakeboarder - skier even with a full load of passengers. Very fuel efficient, I normally only use 5 gallons in a day but has a 22 gallon tank. Very clean and well maintained, carpet looks almost new. Battery is only 1 year old and carburetor is only 1 year old, factory bimini top that fits in the storage compartment when not in use, full length cover that ties down to the trailer. Pioneer CD player with 4 marine speakers. Trailer tows great on the highway, has 2 new white wagon wheels and tires just put on in 9 - 12 and a spare tire, wheel bearings are in good condition and have been kept greased, all of the trailer lights work and the winch has a safety chain. This Sea Ray does not have wood in the hull like earlier models had. Light enough (2100lbs) that you do not need a full size truck to pull it, a smaller SUV or minivan would work.
