The Fiesta Vee 342, which is outfitted from the factory
with ALL of the equipment required for family outings and extended cruises, at a
surprisingly competitive price.This express cruiser from Rinker delivers maximum
space below and many features you’d find on a 40-footer. This just-add-water
cruiser comes ready to commission. With a fully equipped cockpit galley, head
with separate shower, cabin with cherry veneer cabinets and flatscreen TV/DVD
player, all standard – the 342 is the industry standard in 35 foot cruisers.
What separates this boat from all the others like it on the
market? In the case of Rinker’s 34-foot cabin cruiser, the answer came down to
two words, standard equipment. This is clearly reflected in the boat’s price,
which offers a lot of bang for the buck when compared to other similarly
equipped boats.
Drive Train:
This Fiesta Vee is powered by Twin-5.7 OSI-XDP (320hp each)
Ocean drives. The Volvo Ocean drives are composite drives and are rustproof. The
lower-unit is constructed of composite materials and are lighter and more
durable than standard outdrives
Gen Set:
The most notable (and most expensive) standard feature is
the five kilowatt generator, which is more than adequate to power the air
conditioners, water heater, and galley appliances simultaneously.
WetBar:
The cockpit wet bar includes an icemaker, two cubic foot
refrigerator, and a built in blender. The layout above decks shows careful
consideration as well. The wet bar is oriented diagonally just aft of the helm
on the starboard side, sensibly placed in the center of traffic flow. The Corian
countertop conceals a sink, removable trash container, and a fixed mounted
blender. The icemaker and refrigerator are flush mounted beneath the counter.
Galley:
The galley countertop is split with the stove slightly
higher than the sink, primarily to allow a taller refrigerator. I found the
difference in height to be practical too, as it raises the stovetop for cooking
and keeps little ones fingers farther from the heat. The built in coffee maker,
at shoulder level behind the sink, is a great addition.Other standard equipment
includes a GPS receiver at the helm, built in coffee maker in the galley, and
even a central vacuum system. Because the equipment list is quite inclusive,
Rinker doesn’t offer many options.
Canvas:
The forward Bimini top and enclosure protect the helm seat
and large forward lounge from the elements. The aft Bimini shades the entire aft
deck, including the transom-width lounge. By stowing the aft Bimini against the
radar arch and inserting the filler cushions, the aft lounge becomes a large
SunPad.
The swim platform, accessed via a walkthrough on the
starboard side, includes a recessed telescoping ladder, a fresh water shower,
and plenty of storage.

| This is a 2003 Rinker Captiva 232 speed cruiser. This boat was ordered for me with every single option that they had. Every package was ordered also. I didn't stop there. This boat has everything you could want in a boat of this size. Its very efficient and averages around 3 MPG's loaded with 5-6 good sized adults, about 1500 LBS worth of gear, full fuel on a really hot day on rough Lake Michigan waters. This boat is a fresh water boat and has only been in fresh water. The boat is kept indoors all the time and is washed and waxed each time it comes out. Over the past 5 years, I put a lot of time and money customizing this boat to have everything I wanted. Now the boat is done and I love it, but I got that damn "Foot-itis" and am looking to start another project boat like this one but in the 32 footer range. This boat has AC in the cabin that you can even hook up a hose to it and use it when your on the trailer cleaning it out or camping on it like is a camper. It has a 17" LCD TV with a true surround system with DVD player and Infinity speakers, All wood is real cherry wood or oak. The boat also has one heck of a stereo system with a 7" High res wide screen flip up radio and 4 12" Kicker L5 subs with 4 Infinity component speakers powered by more then 2500 watts of power. Get the party started with dancing color changing LED lighting in the cockpit and cabin. Show off your boat with beautiful EL lighting pin strip. There really is so much to talk about this boat that you really need to see it in person. I am only allowed 4 pictures on this site but you can visit my myspace page, where I have 120 pictures of the boat. This boat isn't for the average boater. This boat is for the boater that wants a no compromise boat. This boat loaded like above will cruise at 32MPH at 3200 RPM and wide open at 53 MPH at 4800 RPM. With a light load and half tank of fuel, she'll do 59-62 MPH at 5300 RPM with light chop and trimmed. She handled 6-8 footers out here very well. I went out when larger cruisers went in. (my friends can confirm that) All records and receipts are going with the boat. I have all manuals. All services were done. Just did new fuel filters, water separator, oil change, drive lube change, all axle bearings greased, rebuilt the brake actuator (it was fine but I wanted to paint it black to match the trailer so I rebuilt it anyways) Put new safety cables to replace the ugly chains. As you can see this boat and trailer has been meticulously kept. This boat is a turn key boat. This is the right boat for the right buyer!
