Starboard shifter cable is seized and shift lever needs replacing with a new cable installed. Starboard outdrive has low hydraulic pressure. Heating & A - C have not been used since boat was purchased. Ship-to-shore radio and marine stereo have been replaced. Interior is in good condition.
