| Mainship had a hit with the 31 Sedan Bridge. Many of these were enjoyed under the Mainship and Silverton brands, as well as copied by several other builders. The 31 Sedan Bridge boasts attractive styling and a big flybridge, when you head below will be immediately impressed with the spacious interior packed into this 31-foot hull.
There is a lot of new gear on this 31. New gennie, air-conditioner, fridge and bilge pump.
Like all sedan bridge designs, the sunken floor plan is allowed by moving the engines aft where V-drives permit their installation beneath the cockpit sole. The result is a wide-open interior arranged more or less on a single level from the salon forward. There are two staterooms in this layout, so the galley ends up to port, in the salon opposite a big L-shaped settee. The double-entry head compartment gives private access from the salon or master stateroom. A TV with VCR is included.

The Mainship 39 Express (called the Mainship 39 Open in 1989-91) was considered a rakish design when she was introduced back in 1989. Built on a low-deadrise, modified-V hull, the wide beam of the 39 Express allows for some very spacious accommodations. Indeed, there's seating for a small crowd in the single level cockpit which includes a large sun lounge and wraparound bench seating at the transom. (Note that the helm position is to port rather than to starboard as it is in most boats.) Belowdecks, the spacious cabin contains two staterooms, a full-size galley, and a large head with a separate stall shower. Additional features include a unique bi-level transom design, twin foredeck sunpads and side exhaust.
Freshwater use only vessel featuring Twin 502-cid Crusader Gas Engine's. Notable features include but are not limited to the following: Two TVs, Stereo System. This vessel was surveyed in 2011 and was valued at over $95,000. The interior seating was just replaced with a two-tone (Black and Gray) color scheme that compliments the modern-contemporary interior design. You will find NO MAUVE, PINK, TURQUOISE or any of the other incredibly ugly colors that boat manufacturers typically use. I dont know where these people come up with this crap, but it sure is that Crap!
The beam on this vessel is an astounding 14.1ft! This extremely wide beam, in addition to allowing an incredibly spacious interior, opens up one of the largest outdoor seating areas you will find on any vessel. Shes wider than the Sea Rays or Silvertons, which are really nice, but can set you back well north of $100,000. With the cabins and galley taking full advantage of the wide beam, the sidedecks are pretty narrow, but passable.
The low deadrise allows for true cruising. Other comparable vessels cruise at about 15kts, while this one will top out around 30kts, while 21-23kts represents best economy cruise. It will jump up on the plane and run solid like a wake boat, albeit a damned near 40 foot wake boat, allowing you to have fun. Close-quarter maneuvering is a breeze too, actually easier than most boats, allowing you to tie up with others out on the water for the real partying. Its the sort of vessel that naturally draws attention, so if tying up with others out in the party coves is your thing, get ready to be in the center of it all (enter the aforementioned bikini squadron).
