The Mainship 430 Trawler has taken a classic design and improved it through innovative engineering and modern manufacturing methods. Since its inception 20 years ago, Mainship has produced thousands of boats - mostly in the trawler family. The focus has been, and continues to be, in building high-quality, low maintenance diesel cruisers that are comfortable and affordable. The 430 Trawler has a fully instrumented lower helm that allows operation during inclement weather, and is equipped with full washers and wipers. The comfortable and adjustable pilot seat doubles as a great place to store the large standard freezer. From the expansive flybridge, captains have a full unobstructed view to all points. Both overhead and console space have been dedicated to electronic needs. Aft of the standard radar mast, are molded steps with diamond non-skid leading to the aft deck which is large enough to store a tender. Sturdy aluminum rails offer excellent handholds, and the cockpit is lowered for safer and easier entry to the full-size swim platform that includes a convenient swim ladder, and freshwater shower. Heading to the integrated pulpit is safe for all with the wide decks and high bulwarks of the 430. The split anchor well will handle plenty of rode and an extra Danforth, and includes a washdown. Fore and aft shorepower outlets allow for choice of docking. The port and starboard cabin doors make shorthanding a snap as well. Counter space is usually at a premium on a boat of this size, but the galley on the 430 Trawler is a chef's paradise with plenty of Corian-covered counters, an oversize sink, a three-burner range, a microwave - convection oven, a refrigerator, and loads of storage. All this is on the same level as the salon and has its own deck access door.
Accommodations
Climb aboard Sea Dreamer and you will instantly feel at home. This 43 Mainship has been loved since the day she was splashed! All the right equipment, Neat and Tidy, this great boat will not disappoint!!
Sleeps 6 in two cabins and main salon. Forward cabin has centerline island berth, aft cabin has queen walk around berth with en-suite head - separate shower stall and the main salon has a pullout double sofa bed. The aft cabin has a sliding door leading out to the cockpit. There are two head compartments each with porcelain sinks and Corian counter tops, electric toilet and stall shower. Plenty of storage and ventilation throughout! Designer bedspreads and pillows for both the forward and aft cabins, curtains on aft cabin ports and Oceanaire shades on the forward cabin side ports. Bright and airy salon with dining table and four chairs, settee, built-in desk, varnished Cherry and holly sole, and the lower helm station. This area is very open with plenty of windows plus port and starboard sliding doors leading out to the side decks. A third sliding door leads out to the aft deck.

| The Mainship 30 Rum Runner is a popular Downeast Style cruiser. She has a large cockpit with bimini top and enclosure that lends itself well to fishing, diving or just entertaining either a couple or a large family. A slightly elevated helm gives great visibility around the boat for safety and comfort for a full day at sea. The hull is solid fiberglass semi-displacement type with a prop protecting skeg. Down below the cabin is light and airy, galley to port with refrigerator, stove and microwave. To starboard there is a full size head with sink and shower. Forward is a large and comfortable V-berth. Air conditioning with reverse cycle heat helps to extend your season. A Spring 2006 survey is available for inspection by qualified buyers.
Boarding vessel on swim platform, there is a nice sized cockpit. Up a small step is the helm deck seating area with port and starboard settees and captains and companions seat forward. A large engine hatch gives very good access to the mechanical space. The cabin is acessed through a large sliding hatch, and below deck to port is a full galley. To starboard is the enclosed head. | Mainship had a hit with the 31 Sedan Bridge. Many of these were enjoyed under the Mainship and Silverton brands, as well as copied by several other builders. The 31 Sedan Bridge boasts attractive styling and a big flybridge, when you head below will be immediately impressed with the spacious interior packed into this 31-foot hull.
There is a lot of new gear on this 31. New gennie, air-conditioner, fridge and bilge pump.
Like all sedan bridge designs, the sunken floor plan is allowed by moving the engines aft where V-drives permit their installation beneath the cockpit sole. The result is a wide-open interior arranged more or less on a single level from the salon forward. There are two staterooms in this layout, so the galley ends up to port, in the salon opposite a big L-shaped settee. The double-entry head compartment gives private access from the salon or master stateroom. A TV with VCR is included.

The Mainship 39 Express (called the Mainship 39 Open in 1989-91) was considered a rakish design when she was introduced back in 1989. Built on a low-deadrise, modified-V hull, the wide beam of the 39 Express allows for some very spacious accommodations. Indeed, there's seating for a small crowd in the single level cockpit which includes a large sun lounge and wraparound bench seating at the transom. (Note that the helm position is to port rather than to starboard as it is in most boats.) Belowdecks, the spacious cabin contains two staterooms, a full-size galley, and a large head with a separate stall shower. Additional features include a unique bi-level transom design, twin foredeck sunpads and side exhaust.

The interior seating was just replaced with a two-tone (Black and Gray) color scheme that compliments the modern-contemporary interior design. I dont know where these people come up with this crap, but it sure is that Crap!
The beam on this vessel is an astounding 14.1ft! This extremely wide beam, in addition to allowing an incredibly spacious interior, opens up one of the largest outdoor seating areas you will find on any vessel. Shes wider than the Sea Rays or Silvertons, which are really nice, but can set you back well north of $100,000. With the cabins and galley taking full advantage of the wide beam, the sidedecks are pretty narrow, but passable.
The low deadrise allows for true cruising. Other comparable vessels cruise at about 15kts, while this one will top out around 30kts, while 21-23kts represents best economy cruise. It will jump up on the plane and run solid like a wake boat, albeit a damned near 40 foot wake boat, allowing you to have fun. Close-quarter maneuvering is a breeze too, actually easier than most boats, allowing you to tie up with others out on the water for the real partying. Its the sort of vessel that naturally draws attention, so if tying up with others out in the party coves is your thing, get ready to be in the center of it all (enter the aforementioned bikini squadron).

| 2000 30' Mainship Pilot Sedan with Heavy Duty 3 axle trailer - LOA 34' 6", beam 10' 3", draft 3', head room 6 '3".
