This LUHRS ALURA 30 offers you a powerboat that can be as versatile as your wishes demand. Designed and built as a full keeled fishing hull, this LUHRS Alura 30 is definitely and offshore craft, capable of long cruises in open water with the power and stability to get you there and back in safety and comfort. The low hour (308) diesel generator enables you to operate your Air Conditioning (w - reverse cycle heat) unit while at sea which is a big plus on the hot summer days.
COCKPIT FEATURES: The ALURA'S cockpit area features two adjustable chairs, a stainless steel steering wheel and a nice selection of owner installed electronics. She's equipped with a bimini top with side and back curtains (with screening as well) for weather protection of the crew which all zips conveniently into the large bimini top. There is a molded-in self draining anchor stowage locker in the fore deck complete with anchor and line. The bow rail is stainless steel and mounted on the deck so as to allow ease of movement in safety, whether anchored or underway. The windshield is constructed of safety glass and both the port and starboard sides can be opened in varying adjustable positions.
CABIN FEATURES: The cabin area sports a 6' 4" headroom that allows you and your crew ease of movement and is ventilated with ports that come with screens and are easily adjustable for those cool evening breezes. Forward, the berthing area is complete with sleeping for two (2). The dinette is and adjustable pedestal table that converts to an additional 7 1 - 2' x 7' sleeping area. All cushions are fabric covered. The teak and holly sole is finished in polyureathane for low maintenance. All other teak is finished to a satin glow.
GALLEY: The galley comes complete with a microwave oven, an easy accessible icebox and a stainless steel sink. Stowage is plentiful in the galley and throughout the rest of the cabin area.
HEAD: There's and enclosed head, complete with shower, hot and cold pressurized water system, sink and mirror. Easily accessible stowage areas are also abundant in the head.

| 1972 Luhrs Power Boat For Sale Completely remodeled on the inside! Everything’s new! Brand new Chevy 350 engines were installed in 2003! Easy Access to engine compartment! Expanded upper deck gives you 25 more square feet...and a nice place to relax. This Luhrs, which is for sale, has one of the largest rear decks for its 32 foot length. Great for entertaining or gathering all your buddies for fishing! New Custom Bimini was installed 2004, The windows were really dirty when I took the photos. Complete new wiring of entire boat! New Battery charger! New Batteries! Luhrs Power Boat For Sale! 35" Flat screen LCD TV New Porta potty! Custom swim step access off back of boat! New drop down ladder off swim step. The forward birth has its own flat screen TV. This Luhrs has more storage then any boat this size. I paid $28,000.00 for this 1972 Luhrs power boat when I bought it in 2001. Put in $35,000.00 so it’s a $63,000.00 Luhrs. It's now for sale for $30,000.00 This is the new center helm...its awesome! I plan on painting it with the top line "Sterling" paint. When that is completed the price will go up to $40,000.00 This Luhrs has a propane system for the new stove top, I also have a BBQ on the rear deck that also connects to the propane system.....not more of those little propane bottles that sell for $4.00 each. This sofa has a recliner on one side so you can kick back and watch the big screen TV across from it. The forward cabinets have a re-circulating air system that helps keep the mildew from collecting in the boat. Here is a photo of the custom pull out drawers and shelves under the sink. This Luhrs currently sleeps 2 on this bed, a child could sleep on the sofa. The dinette can be easily adapted to sleep another 2 people....I just have not gotten around to doing it yet. This 1972 Luhrs has been completely rewired with all new panels, all connection are sealed in heat shrink tubing, and the main junction panels are sealed from the outside elements. The back of this panel has a humidity wand inside of it to help protect the electrical from moisture. Ok, there are two items that need to be addressed with this Luhrs....as you can see in this photo the Paragon V drive "Chris Craft" has a crack in the outer housing. It never had a cooling system connected to it. I guess the reason why was because it leaked. The V-drive still works but this should be replaced. If anyone has a great deal for me to get two new Paragon V-drives "Chris Craft" let me know! This is the current freezer and fridge combo. When this Luhrs was remodeled this space for the fridge was designed to hold a full size electric/12 volt unit. I still plan on installing the new fridge. I thought I would show you what is there now. I'm in no hurry to sell it, but it is up for sale. The boat is in the Dana Point Marina in Southern California. Slip can be transferred!.
