XR drive just built everything new 6 hours ago by Max Machine Worx in Lake Havasu, dual hydraulic steering. Always garage kept spotless, Gel coat is soft and like a mirror. | 2003 Howard 28 Bullet Custom high-performance boat. This is a one-of-a-kind boat. APBA race boat hull design! Handles excellent! This Howard 28 Bullet is completely custom made to order from the factory at Howard Custom Boats in Valencia, CA. This boat has an amazing list of custom options from a TCM900 custom engine originally built at Teague Custom Marine to all of the custom billet aluminum fit and finishes by Dana Marine. I have had the pleasure of owning this boat since 2014 when I bought this boat directly from the previous owner of Howard Custom Boats. The Howard has always been stored in the shop and very well maintained. The Howard is wiped down and cleaned every time it was taken out on the water. The motor has been refreshed and currently only has 60 hours on it. The drive has been refreshed with only 20hours on it. The Whipple Supercharger has been refreshed by Whipple Superchargers with only 10 hours on it. The boat comes with a tandem axle Extreme Trailer which has also been well maintained.
