The upscale two stateroom layout includes overhead rod storage in the main salon, over - under bunks in the guest cabin, a walk-around island berth forward, and attractive light oak woodwork. It has a large cockpit and a spacious fully enclosed flybridge with forward seating. Its deep-V hull delivers precise handling and exceptional big water performance. She is a very strong platform with great performance provied by twin 375 HP Caterpillar 3208TAs with only 1150 original hours and an 8KW Onan generator with only 300 Hours. Spacious interior sleeps 4 in two staterooms and additional 2 on pullout couch in salon.
Master Stateroom forward has a walk-around island queen berth and en-suite head and separate shower stall. Access to anchor rope locker is through a door in the forward bulkhead. There are side shelves, drawers, and a hanging locker providing ample storage. There is an A - C control, TV, and an overhead hatch with screen.

| 1962 Bertram Mopi, 31 foot Charter Boat, bridge is custom it has three seats plenty of room. front windows removed replaced with fiber glass. New aluminum fuel tank, all stringers replaced also deck supports and deck. Deck is 3 - 4 marine plywood covered with nautilex canvas, new engines have just had valves redone, new lifters and some push rods. Both engines are standard rotation with hurth 2 to one gear boxs -- Will trade for smaller boat and trailer.

| Classic Bertram Flybridge Cruiser '28 in very nice condition- runs great as well. Hull is well taken careof, gelcoat in reasonably good shape. Hull striping redone in 2009, exterior canvasses (over upper station and radar arch) less than two years old. Boat has been used in fresh water and was used sparingly between 1993 and 2006 as it served as a sail boat race committe boat. In 2006, it was converted to a pleasure fishing boat. It has all the necessary fishing equipment to be utilized as a charter boat- if desired. Larger rudders were installed in 2008.
Layout: V berth Fwd, Galley w - refrigerator and sink to port, fold down dinette starboard, head to port aft of galley. Electronics inlcude: Furuno FRS 1000 Sounder - Plotter - Radar, Garmin 431 GPS Mapping System, Garmin 400 Fishfinder - Ockam wind instruments.
