All the electronics were installed by knowledgeable owner recently and done right. It has two redundant Furuno NavNet systems. One is C-map and the other is Navionics map. They both are integrated, so if either fails, you still have use of both with the other's GPS antenna. Each of the ICOM DSC radios is set up the same way. The Auto pilot will run off of either GPS. The engines are in great shape, no smoke and start right up every time. It is set up for serious offshore and bay fishing as well as extremely clean and comfortable for just cruising. It has a 5KW Generator with low hours and a 4000 watt inverter with 4 250 Ah 8 D batts (AGM). You really don't need to use the generator with this set up, but it is great for a backup if the batteries run low. It is set up to an independent charger that will charge the batteries quickly off shore.

| Our 44 has twin Lehman 135 engines with 3150 hours. If run at 1600rpm you will burn approximately 1.5gal - hour - engine. The Westerbeke 12.5kw generator has 2750hours. She is equipped with Naiad Stabilizers which makes for a very comfortable ride even in bad conditions. The outside seals on the stabilizers were replaced in May 2012 when she was last hauled for routine maintenance. Every switch, light, pump,etc works on this boat. When anything needs to be repaired - replaced no expense is spared. My husband has vast mechanical knowledge and experience and we would love to sell her to someone who will understand and appreciate the level of maintenance and care she has received for the last 14 years. Three separate Cruisair air conditioning units provide adequate air when the temperature is very hot. Many 44 come with only two. This boat also has the original gelcoat-it has never been painted.

"LOONACY" is a double hard-top boat with all the bells and whistles. Stepping down into the salon, ones eye is drawn forward because of the open layout of the dinette and galley...providing the illusion that the boat is much larger than one might think. This has always been a hallmark of this boat. The salon area is resplendent in warm, rich teak woodwork. Large windows (opening w - screens) allow plenty of natural lighting in for a nice, open and airy feeling. Portside is a L-shaped sofa that converts to a queen sized double berth. There is a coffee table center in front of the sofa. Opposite to starb'd is a very elegant wet bar with storage areas. To port is the entertainment center with newer AV equipment...5 channel surround sound AV Amplifier, Yamaha sub-woofer, CD - DVD 5 disc player, TV and a back-up Standard VHF radio. Moving forward towards the dinette, one will find additional drawers and doors providing excellent storage. The dinette is HUGE and provides seating for six and dinner for four. The dinette also converts to a double berth to sleep two in comfort. Plenty of storage areas both under and over the dinette provide additional storage areas. There is bottle storage beneath a hinged door area to port. The Viking galley is sizable and features raised panel doors and a beautiful teak parquet floor. A full size 120V refrigerator w - freezer is hidden behind teak paneled doors. Counter space is excellent and storage areas are abundant. There is an ice maker in the freezer as well. A three burner Princess electric stove top, microwave - convection oven, deep galley sink w - Instant Hot Water system, central vac, apartment size washer and dryer are located next to the refrigerator.
THE FORWARD STATEROOM:
The forward stateroom features the offset double bed with drawers and lockers underneath. To starb'd are lockers and a good sized cedar lined hanging locker. There is also anchor locker access thru two opening doors. The guest head is to portside and features an electric head, vanity and stall shower. There is storage under the vanity. The head area has two doors for access as a day head as well as private access from the forward stateroom.
THE MASTER STATEROOM:
The master stateroom is aft and features a center line queen bed with easy access to both sides. Storage areas are massive on both sides of the bed. There is plenty of Bureau space and shelves.
