Interior Layout
The bright and airy salon features a comfortable sofa to port and a recessed bar with bottle storage, while an armchair, end table, and the yacht's electrical panel are to starboard. Custom two-way Roman blinds adorn the large salon windows, while new carpeting and beautifully-finished overhead paneling give the salon an updated look. A flat screen television rests on the salon's bulkhead to port, and is easily viewed from either the sofa or the armchair.
Moving forward and down a few steps is the fully-equipped galley to starboard, which features plenty of storage and all the conveniences of home. To port is a large booth-style dinette (convertible to a double berth) as well as space for an entertainment system. Further forward is the guest head with separate stall shower, which can be closed off to make a private head for the guest stateroom. The guest stateroom is located in the bow of the yacht and features a v-berth, plenty of storage, and lots of natural light and ventilation.
Moving aft of the salon and down a few steps is the large and very private master stateroom. The full-beam master is filled with light and natural ventilation from large windows on all three sides, and features a queen-size berth, plenty of storage, accent lighting above the windows, and access to the private master head with separate stall shower and large, well-lit vanity.. Take five steps down from the aft deck, and you enter the spacious salon. The salon seems larger than most 50 footers. There are two L-shaped soft leather settees which seat 10 people comfortably. Walk forward to enter the galley which is well decorated and equipped with all modern appliances, a three burner glass top stove and a brand new refrigerator.
Continue walking forward thru the galley to enter the master stateroom. It is amazingly spacious for a boat this size. It has a full size walkaround queen berth, seperate AC - Heat, two full size cedar hanging lockers, separate head and shower, vanity, large picture window, tons of storage space, and a flat screen TV.
As you walk aft from the salon, you enter the VIP stateroom. It offers a full walkaround queen berth, a cedar hanging locker, cherrywood doors and cabinetry, extra storage space, a seperate head and shower, and a flop down flat screen TV.
From the aft deck, take five steps up to enter the enclosed flybridge with 360 degree visability. Like the salon, it offers two L-shaped soft leather settees with comfortable seating for 10. The forward facing helm seat has room for three passengers as well. Their is a starboard side exit from the upper helm with steps down to the forward deck.
The non-skid enclosed aft deck is equipped with a wet bar and ice maker. Their is extra space for deck chairs and table, extra storage space, and side doors to debark. At the rear of the cockpit there are steps to an extra large swim platform with tender chocks on top.

The Mainship 430 Trawler has taken a classic design and improved it through innovative engineering and modern manufacturing methods. Since its inception 20 years ago, Mainship has produced thousands of boats - mostly in the trawler family. The focus has been, and continues to be, in building high-quality, low maintenance diesel cruisers that are comfortable and affordable. The 430 Trawler has a fully instrumented lower helm that allows operation during inclement weather, and is equipped with full washers and wipers. The comfortable and adjustable pilot seat doubles as a great place to store the large standard freezer. From the expansive flybridge, captains have a full unobstructed view to all points. Both overhead and console space have been dedicated to electronic needs. Aft of the standard radar mast, are molded steps with diamond non-skid leading to the aft deck which is large enough to store a tender. Sturdy aluminum rails offer excellent handholds, and the cockpit is lowered for safer and easier entry to the full-size swim platform that includes a convenient swim ladder, and freshwater shower. Heading to the integrated pulpit is safe for all with the wide decks and high bulwarks of the 430. The split anchor well will handle plenty of rode and an extra Danforth, and includes a washdown. Fore and aft shorepower outlets allow for choice of docking. The port and starboard cabin doors make shorthanding a snap as well. Counter space is usually at a premium on a boat of this size, but the galley on the 430 Trawler is a chef's paradise with plenty of Corian-covered counters, an oversize sink, a three-burner range, a microwave - convection oven, a refrigerator, and loads of storage. All this is on the same level as the salon and has its own deck access door.

Forward cabin has centerline island berth, aft cabin has queen walk around berth with en-suite head - separate shower stall and the main salon has a pullout double sofa bed. The aft cabin has a sliding door leading out to the cockpit. There are two head compartments each with porcelain sinks and Corian counter tops, electric toilet and stall shower. Plenty of storage and ventilation throughout! Designer bedspreads and pillows for both the forward and aft cabins, curtains on aft cabin ports and Oceanaire shades on the forward cabin side ports. Bright and airy salon with dining table and four chairs, settee, built-in desk, varnished Cherry and holly sole, and the lower helm station.
